Tramontana's Italian Grille is a dream turned reality for the Tramontana family. For generations, the family recipes have been lovingly prepared, and passed down. John has always had a passion for cooking, and sharing his recipes with friends and family. His dishes always draw praise, and are always the hit at every party. At the end of 2011, the family had an opportunity to open a restaurant, and in January 2012 Tramontana's Italian Grille opened their doors. Their dream came true. Now everyone can enjoy the Tramontana family recipes 7 nights a week, from their signature marinara, to delicious pizza. Johnny's famous shrimp and asparagus, to his mouth watering meatballs! Gluten free? Not a problem! Gluten free pasta & pizza crust upon request. Vegetarian? No worries, there are plenty of menu options for you as well. "Pizza crust very tough, difficult to cut even with a knife. Salad was a big pile of iceberg lettuce with a few tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and onions. Food was ok, but not great. Nothing to bring us back and we wanted to like it because of the location."
