"We love to come here on special occasions, especially with a coupon. Their food is always great and we never go home hungry. We always have to take dessert home and it's still good there. This visit I had to have my steak taken back as it was a little too raw for me but when I got it back it was perfect. The manager himself brought it out to us which was a nice gesture. This made our 1 yr anniversary even better :)"

"great food server, repeated all orders back to make sure correct. two of us had steak both very good. one had shrimp and fries, and he mentioned, without the salad,not a lot of food. with the large potato, the steak eaters had more than they could eat. "What a wonderful dinner. My wife and I were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and totaly enjoyed the food, service and quiet romantic setting for remembering this special day. "It was Valentines Day....crowded and very busy. Wait staff seemed frazzled....my salmon was overcooked, but, I didn't want to say anything as the 2 tables around us complained about EVERYTHING!! We had 7:15pm reservations and didn't get seated until 7:45pm...I wasn't too happy about that."

"We have eaten at this Black Angus quite a few times over the past years. It is usually a great experience, but I must note the food this time even though a very busy night was exceptional. We usually have the "Campfire Feast for Two" with Prime Rib etc. I don't know if they changed cooks or what but the Prime Rib this time was perfect. There was very little fat which is exceptional for Prime Rib and it was cooked perfectly. The only downside was the Beer taps were frozen so I was unable to get my usual Black and Tan, but the server recommended a microbrew as a replacement and it turned out very well.

"We had the worst experience, and on Valentine's Day nonetheless. Not only were they understaffed, the server we did have was Not attentive. He dropped our messy plates down in front of us without checking to see if they were correct. We sent back 3 of our 6 meals and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes before we got them back. The total experience took a painstaking 2 and a half hours. The tables nearby us had the same kind of experiences and the manager had to try and do damage control. We will never be back and we are telling everyone we know what a terrible experience we had."
