"There were eight of us to celebrate my wife. The good on the whole was good, however, one of our guests ordered the 6 oz filet and when it came out it was almost hilarious in that the only thing on the plate was a very, very, very small filet. About 1-2 oz. That was all that was on the plate. It was sent back and replaced with "the real thing". Other than that, it was acceptable."

"A pleasant evening spent with old friend which we enjoy socializing with over a great meal and some good wine. Our server was excellent. She was accessible when we needed her service but wasn't hovering over the table looking for the opportunity tom grab a empty plate. I enjoy being able to finish a meal and not have the plates removed from the table until everyone has had an opportunity to complete their meal without feeling that they are slow and holding up the party from moving forward. We have been there before and definitely will be back. Thank you for a great evening."

"My wife and I each had the jumbo prawns and sirloin steak. Everything was cooked to perfection. Accompanied by a baked potato and a vegetable (broccoli for me and beans for my wife) the dinner was ample. Passed on any dessert. We are looking forward to the next visit."

"It was my special needs child's 40 birthday and he loved having it in such a special place with several of our family members. Even though it was Easter they served him a special birthday dessert with a candle to blow out. Some of us had a dinner entree but others had just appetizers, and the service for both was exceptional. This was my first trip to Black Angus and I will definitely return and recommend your restaurant to others. Food was excellent and we had fun together. Thank you. Barbara Noyes"

"Totally appreciated the reservation system, however it felt strange going ahead of every one who didn't make one. The food was excellent with the perfect doneness to the filet mignon. The serving portions were perfect with three out of the four of us having to get "To Go" boxes at the end of our meal. The friendly wait staff followed up on their promises without hesitation, making our whole table feel comfortable."

"Dine here many times a year. Went to restaurant for son's 12th birthday dinner. Steak was tough for him and myself. Food wasn't very hot. Overall disappointed.
On the other hand I liked being able to make reservations online.
Prime club card needs to figure out a different way of registering people. Not fair for minors not able to take advantage of a birthday special because they do not have an email acct. If parent's have already used their email acct for signing up than there is no way for a minor to get the special either. Flawed system. If other restaurants can figure a way to do this you can to."

"The food is delicious. I recommend the campfire meal for 2. It's the best bang for your buck and you get a ton of food.
The service is being judged off of one experience. My glass was empty twice for more than 10 minutes. I know it's just water, but come on. I will still return to this location.

"I was disappointed with the Puyallup location Black Angus. The steaks were tough and didnt have much flavor. Not at all like the last time I ate at the Black Angus in Federal Way. "The only problem I had was the fact we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation. It was Valentines day, so I understand why. I was assuming they would've left a table for us, but our "reservation" was more like priority seating.

"You were able to accomodate a last minute addition to our reservation. Our server wasn't the best. We had to ask for siverware and the first cup of coffee was cold. When that cup was replaced we were never offered a refill. I had the steak salad and it was delicious. Our 17 year old grandson had a hampbureger, but said it wasn't the best. My husband had the prime rib and it was so rare that it was barely warm. All in all, we will continue to go to Black Angus, but we won't take more than another couple, you do't seem to do well with large groups as we found at last September."

"Previous visits to this restaurant on weekends there is a 45-hour wait. Decided this time to make reservations. Ended up still waiting for a good 40 minutes after reservation time to be seated. "Usually a really good experience, but this time not so much. Asked to be in the bar, away from children, but the Manager Sat us at a table near regular section and said "this IS the bar". After restating my request he said "there aren't any children here" I said "now" and he said something about telling the "girls up front" not to place any near. But there WERE a couple of children near. It took longer than usual to order, and when the food finally arrived the baked potato was cold and my steak was overcooked. They made a new one, but then my partner had to sit and watch me eat. No compensation for the experience; probably considered new steak was enough. It was disappointing as it was a birthday celebration. Not what we expected fr"
