"The only "downside" this time was that my filet mignon, requested Medium, was probably medium well with a fair amount of charcoal outside.
Outback is our favorite dining experience and their steaks consistently beat other "steak houses". Our waitress was fabulous!

"We have eaten here often (at least 12-15 times per year) Tonite server could not get anything right and it's was not difficult. We ordered and would get either wrong items or wrong portions. Husband ordered 12 oz. prime rib and got 8. I ordered a drink without gin and got gin. Friends ordered wine and got a martini. We did not complain as it is a local favorite but if this was my first experience with this restaurant I would not come back as there are to many other choices for the costly meal and mistakes."

"We ordered the salmon and steak and it took 10 minutes to get the catsup and tartar sauce to the table after asking for it. By then the salmon was cold and the sauce had onions in it and we could not use it because of alergies. (we did not know about the onions till it was on the salmon.) So the end result was we could not eat the salmon. We told the manager but nothing was done."

"Upon arrival we were led to the table nearest the entrance door. I requested a different table and was taken to another further into the restaurant. After sitting down we noticed that we were seated across the aisle from a long table that was being set up for about 10 people. Although the guests sitting across from us (including 4 small children) were not loud and obnoxious, we wondered if we were being punished for suggesting a different table when we arrived; at that time (5pm) there appeared to be many empty tables. The food was good but expensive--two small filets, two sides, a half carafe of wine--$75 including tax and tip."

"The food was good, but the service was lacking. The server forgot to bring out my brothers soup, he asked about it and she brought it out after he'd already started eating his entree.
She spilled a drink on our table and seemed unprepared to recover. I had to use my napkin to wipe it up as she stood there. When she came back with a towel, she didn't bring me a new napkin nor did she bring my mom new silverware (she took the old ones away because they were covered in drink). When we got our food we had to get our own stuff from a nearby table.
I was surprised that no manager came to check on us to see that we were okay.
I would not go back to this restaurant."

"Everything was good except the Lobster. A while back I ordered Lobster and it was over cooked and very tough. This time was no different and my date was very disappointed and ate only half of her Lobster. Therefore I was very disappointed. This was not a good experience for a first date. But the Manager did a great job of placing the Roses I had delivered on the table when we arrived. That made up for the Lobster."

"The only thing wrong with this experience was we had 15 in our party and we were way too crowded at our table for that many. We needed another table to be comfortable. None were available. If the restaurant could not accommodate that many it would have been much better to let us know. Otherwise the total experience would have been a five star."

"Took my wife there for date night. The price was great considering the enormous amount of food we got with our coupon special. The food was really good. We really liked the fact that none of the wait staff seemed to "rush" us out. They were very friendly and let us take our time, and didn't harass us like some of the places we've been, asking if everything is o.k. every 5 minutes, which is a HUGE plus in my book. The only complaint I have is that it was pretty noisy, and the booth they gave us was right next to a wait station so there were people running back and forth constantly. Other than that, it was all great. I would go there again."

"The restaurant seemed unusually busy, even for a Saturday night, but the staff got tables cleared and people seated at a regular pace. We made reservations, but that didn't seem to make a difference compared to the wait times for walk-ins. Table service was fast and courteous even though they were rushing to deal with the crowds. Food was very good and prepared just the way we asked. It was helpful to have their menu online so we knew what we wanted before we sat down. We've been there before, and we'll go there again."
