Patti's 1880's Settlement is that special place where friends bring friends.
Patti's and Mr. Bill's are upscale family dining; famous for a 2" Pork Chop, Mile High Meringue Pies, Flower Pot Bread, and Strawberry Butter.
Patti's 1880's Settlement is located in the small town of Grand Rivers, KY located at the northern entrance of Land Between the Lakes between Lake Barkley and Kentucky Lake.

"My wife and I celebrated our 9 year anniversary here last weekend. I would definitely recommend Patti's to all of my family and friends. We have eaten there several times now, and each time has been great. The atmosphere along with the great food makes for a pleasant experience."

"We love Patti's! The food is always incredible! Even my two year old (who never eats when we go out), LOVES their food. He can't get enough! The service is fast and friendly. The overall atmosphere is amazing. You can't go to Patti's and not enjoy yourself! Make sure you plan to stay a few hours to browse around and always make reservations in advance!"

"Patti's was always well-known around the town that I grew up in. It's good food but nothing overly special, in my opinion. Order the pork chop, you won't be disappointed. I've been happy every time I've gotten the pork chop but less than "wowed" whenever I've ordered something else. They are known for their pork chops and flower pot bread. Stick with those items."

"I really enjoyed Patti's. It's a great place for special occasions or anytime. The food is awesome. There 2 inch pork chop is amazing. Play a round of miniature golf, visit the petting zoo or visit the little shops and antiques while you wait. You will not be disappointed."

"I was not impressed with the CAGED animals at this establishment. In fact it effected my enjoyment level the evening my mother, daughter and I had dinner there. I don't think this review will change things but I hope it will shine a light on the fact that these animals should not be in cages outside of a pretty nice eating establishment. Very upsetting!"

"I have eaten at Patti's many times. Always delicious. Not so much on this visit. Pork chop was so salty I couldn't eat it. Server didn't know the special of the night. The special, that a friend ordered, was just so-so. Patti's menu prices have increased way too much for the area. If you are going to pay that much it ought to be flawless."

"We enjoyed a wonderful mid afternoon lunch after graduation this weekend. I had reservations for 10 but our party had expanded to 12 and they were happy to seat all of us, we had a great private room that allowed us to visit and celebrate is a quiet atmosphere. Our meals were delicious. The service was awesome. The grounds were blooming with all kinds of spring flowers so we walked around after our meal. The experience was all I had hoped for and more on my daughter's special day!"

"Great food and atmosphere. Reservations online went without a problem. We noted on reservation that one of us were celebrating birthday. Hostess acknowledged b-day and so did server. Said they would sing and bring cheesecake for b-day girl never came reminded once again when other couple ordered desert but still never came. Just check. Then the check had mistakes. Sent back two times. Very apologetic and food was great and to be honest no one really had room for the cheesecake. We will always make a point to stop when we are in the area and if it wasn't 5 hours from our home it would be a once a month stop."

"First, this was not our first visit to Pattie's. In the past visits the expereince was very good. This most recent visit was very good as well with the exception of the Salmon I ordered. Was not Bad, just a liitle over cooked. The flavor had a hint of burnt . THe bottom skin of the salmon was burnt to point of not able to eat. the top portion was not to that point but did have a hint of burnt taste."

"A group of parents came down to take pictures of our children who were headed to their senior prom. I did this before with my oldest daughter and it was great too. Food is always fantastic. The 2" porkchop is to die for and is plenty for lunch, supper, & then lunch again. The turtle desert was AMAZING! Our service was fantastic. The kids had a great time as did the parents and we got to enjoy the pre-prom festivities with our children and to boot, were able to take great pictures!"

"Return trip where we had our first meal after marriage in 2000, this trip was for a birthday. The 2" pork chop and over all meal was great as every other time we have been at Patti's. Good thing we live two hours away the waist line would not survive if closer. Only two items that were negative on this trip. Area Prom night so dinning atmosphere was loader than normal, this is nor controlable by Patti's. Reservation was for 1545 arrived at 1520 and checked in, at 1555 recieved call inquiring if we were running behind schedule, informed caller that we have been in the resturant lobby since 1520 then we were seated."

"We had a great experience at Patti's Saturday evening. We arrived earlier than I had planned so we asked to move up our reservation if possible. They were wonderful and made it happen even will prom goers everywhere. Food was delicious as always. And the service was great. "Had heard a lot about Pattis, but it did not quite live up to the hype. There was no moderately priced menu items for dinner. Food got mixed reviews from my table. Nothing was hot. Shrimp was good, fried chicken salad was good. Catfish and baked potato was not good and prime rib was not good. Turtle pie was great!"

"My husband order a salad with his sandwich he never got it. Our waiter was not very attentive and when he was around he was full of Wise Cracks. When he brought our bill we pointed out that e had not brought my husbands salad and his responsive was " are you sure" After a bit he did finally say he would take it off our bill. Which took him ALMOST 15 MINUTES TO DO. He never refilled our drinks, we had other waitress refill them for us, Our waiter was just not good. Patti's is good but VERY OVER PRICED AND POOR SERIVICE."

"Food was wonderful, as usual. Service was exceptional! (Thanks, Tanna!) This was the least crowded we've ever seen it, which made for a nicer meal. The only snag came when we were done. We were given the wrong bill and paid it without looking it over. After leaving and driving a few miles, we realized the error and went back. The staff at the counter were less than helpful. Apparently, our bill was given to another table and they had paid it. After about 15-20 minutes and much fumbling and explaining, everything was taken care of and our $15 overpayment was refunded. We will be back and will continue to tell our friends about Patti's! It's a great place!"

"My wife and I went to eat here for a date day without our children. We arrived early for our reservation and they got us right in. The staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. I would recommend Patti's to everyone, but would recommend making reservations as they can be very busy. The settlement is worth walking around just to have something to do. Overall a wonderful experience."

"I had the 2-in thick porkchop and my wife had the 1-inch porkchop. Mine was the best I'd ever had but I shared it with my wife because her chop was slightly overdone and not nearly as moist as mine. We still enjoyed eating there on a getaway weekend."

"Tried two different items this visit. We had a shrimp appetizer that was really exceptional and I had a pork chop with a mango salsa that was unusually good. I always enjoy the Kentucky Curry salad dressing while my partner prefers the Parmesan peppercorn. We ended our meal with a take home Boo Boo Pie. What a great treat."

"We've made it a point to dine at Patti's on March 31st (our anniversary) for the past few years. Afterwards, we always roam around the many shops located within the property to walk-off our meal, then make the 65 mile drive home. The food is always good, with generous portions (we never have room for dessert), and the wait staff was courteous and friendly, and knew the menu well. We always look forward to returning to Patti's!"

"our server was ridiculous. asked for unsweetened tea, repeated that 3 times and got sweet tea anyway. his response, before catching himself, was 'someone must have switched them'...he was confused over the menu options, hostess told us the specials when we were seated, he told us none of them were available, which they in fact were...I could make a list but would rather just forget this experience with Corey B."
