"We arrived just prior to our 7:15 pm reservation.
10 minutes before anyone from the restaurant even showed.
While we were waiting we watched a group of 12 through in the towel and leave.
After we were seated it took another 15 minutes to get our water then 30 more minutes to get our salad.
By the time we got our steaks it was almost 9 pm, some 1 hour and 45 minutes later.

"We've dined at this location many times and each time the service and food is less and less appealing. Out server was rude and placed an adult order in front of a 1 year old (hot plate) and walked away without saying a word. Didn't bring our bread until our meal was half over. I ordered soup with everyone's entree (to be brought out with everyone elses meals) It was brought our first and it was barley luke warm. Never refilled out water. She was standing at the bar socalizing with all the other employee's in the restaurant. We complained to the manager and he switched out our server. The second server was kind and very good."

"Open Table and Black Angus worked together to give our family a great experience. I hate to wait. I am impatient. The thought of trying to find a nice place to eat on Mother's Day was daunting when I considered having to sit around while hungry. We made the reservation online the day before and were seated immediately upon our arrival. The service and food were excellent, which is what we have come to expect from Black Angus. Thanks for making our holiday meal so enjoyable and trouble-free!"

"everything was great until the bill arrived, wasn't the cost, it was the fact that the waitress had added the gratuity on her own, without telling anyone. we added more thinking we needed to. $85.00 tip for an average waitress is not right. someone needs to inform the patrons that a gratuity will be inclued. if it is to be by group size, bill size, table number, or what ever criteria they choose to use, they or somebody needs to keep the customer in the loop. PLEASE!!! maybe when the reservation is made, would be a good time! until this visit i have never had anything diminish my opinion of black angus. this episode has not changed my feelings about black angus they are still a great dining experience! just keep us informed. THANK YOU!"

"I would definitely recommend. The food was great, it came out in a timely fashion. It was clean, servers friendly but professional. I will visit again when I return to the area for my next visit. They took note of our request for a table instead of a booth, so it was great overall."

"The food was fantastic! The server was nice but busy and we didn't see her very often. A friend at the table ordered her brocolli without butter and when our food came out it had butter so she asked to have it redone. Our server to it to have it redone but didn't ever bring it back and when she came to get our dessert selections we had to remind her about the broccoli. Our server thought someone else brought it out and went to order it again and then never brought it out. It was a little bit frustrating. Our server must have been having a rough night. Too bad."

"Excellent service both times that I have eaten at this Black Angus. The manager is right there hands on and he ensures quality and satisfaction. Both visits I have had New York Strip steaks that were cut and cooked to perfection. Their sides are outstanding, especially the au gratin potatoes, green beans and loaded baked potatoes. "The only problem we had a party of six (with a reservation) that was given a booth that was much too small. This detracted from our dining experience. We should have requested a table change at the time but, for some reason, didn't. Won't prevent us from going back but next time we'll ask for a bigger table when we make the reservation.."

"This was a birthday dinner for one of my adult daughters and there was a group of six. We used the special coupon for 2 dinners for $39.99 and there was an ample amount of food.
Despite our server being extremely busy that evening, she was very helpful and attentive.
The only downside was one that one of the plates of prime rib that was ordered as medium rare was overcooked. We never mentioned it to the server, we just dealt with it, as the children were getting antsy."

"Had reservations and were seated on time. Service was poor. Did not get any orders for drinks or greeted for quite awhile. Someone else had to wiat on us becasue our waitress was too busy with other tables. There were empty tables but I think there wasn't enough help."

"We had coupons (2 for 39.95). Excellent value and 1 coupon was good for 6 people. Our waiter was excellent which always makes or breaks your dining experience. Will definitely recommend this restaurant."

"My wife and I both ordered "Center Cut" tenderloin steaks. They both were cooked corectly, medium rare. My wife's cut was truly a "Center Cut" and was great. MY cut WAS NOT A "CENTER CUT" AS ADVERTISED. The other couple had prime rib and were very happy. I took a picture of my steak if you would like to see it. Anybody that knows beef cam tell from the picture that it was a tenerloin but was an end cut off the head end of the tenderloin and contained connecting tissue was not chewable."

"Usually had decent food. Sat us near the entrance but wasn't packed. Not a good sign. Staff was getting loud standing around the cash register right in front of us. Bartender joking about customers and their drinks. Two of our party of four had horrible steaks. Get with it Black Angus! Waitress was very immature and condescending. Did not see a personality there. Just someone trying to punch the clock as soon as possible."
