"Our experience was great, service was good and we weren't rushed to leave our table. The ambience was great not too loud, no crazy loud music like Applebees or Texas Roadhouse, hate that! Food was great and we did not wait long. So thank you for a pleasurable dining experience. Pricing was not so great. I had the Chicken cobb salad...really... 14.50? That is a bit much, I figured your Mothers day pricing menu was high-balled but hey your in the business to make money right? Thank you we'll still come back for the Prime Rib :)

"My wife and I went to the Black Angus for our aniversary on the reccomendation of a friend. I ordered the Ribs and my wife ordered the fliet and shrimp. Her meal was bland and tasteless as well as the vegatables undercooked. My ribs were cooked properly and the sauce tastey but overly sweet. Everything else was tasteless. The food was not bad but just rather boring."

"It was what we were expecting and our server Lindsay was great. Also, it was almost funny but as we were leaving everyone we saw on our way out thanked us for our visit.

"Got told the server we love was there and then told she wasn't AFTER we sat down. We adore Nicky she is fun and bubble makes your visit enjoyable.
I had to ask the waiter for bread and he never asked if I wanted dessert. We do love the baked potato soup that is why we go there it is so good."

"We have recently taken to visiting this Black Angus and have been delighted to see new management and much better food/presentation. We asked if there had been changes and there have been. The salad is crisp, lettuce is not wet and soggy, dressing tasty. The have added little touches; a remoulade with the onion rings, two kinds of horseradish, etc. The meat is of good quality; the half pound prime rib is not huge, but tender and flavorful, not fatty. It's not Ruth's Chris, but I enjoyed it very much. Service excellent. We will be back."

"Reservation was made about 60 day prior. We were a large group of 17. Called and confirmed a week ahead of time and the mgmt called the day of and confirmed. We were welcomed upon our arrival and were promptly seated at a table set up for the 17 of use. Drink orders promptly taken and filled. Our waitress NICHOLE was the best. Very effecient, observant, friendly and took care of us. She suggested items, took our coupons and then asked if we wanted separate tabs or not. She made us feel as if we were a guest in her home. Great time, great staff, and great for our group!! Great experience overall."

"We made reservations for Valentine's Day way in advance. We arrived early and checked in. We were made to wait over 15 minutes past our reservation and were seated in the bar (where we could have sat without a reservation). I told the host that I didn't think we should have to sit in the bar with a reservation; especially since they were seating people in the back without a reservation and he said this was all he had. The food was terrible. My husbands prime rib was less than a half inch thick-it was over a quarter inch but barely. We will NEVER return to Black Angus again and I would not suggest reservations because it seemed to us that they were more interested in accomodating walk in guest more than reservations."

"We arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation, but had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Plenty of tables were empty, so it appeared we were waiting on workers to show up for their shifts. It was Valentine's Day, and this seemed like very poor planning.
The hostess did not give us kids' menus for our two children. Luckily my kids had their iPads and were able to use the free wifi to connect to the Internet and download the kids' menus from the Black Angus website.
We were only given two sets of silverware even though there was four of us. We had to ask for more.
The food was delicious and our server was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. We would definitely return."
