DeBroux's (pronounced De-Brew's) is locally owned and operated by Greg DeBroux. Greg has been a restaurateur in the Midwest for over 35 years. Greg found this beautiful historic building ideal for a local diner. Previously, this building has been home to a number of businesses including a general store, funeral home and a pharmacy. In the process of restoring DeBroux's, original stamped-tin ceiling tiles, hardwood maple floors and glass block walls were discovered--all of which have been kept in order to preserve the history and beauty of the building.
