"Chicken dip appetizer is delicious and their steaks are absolutely phenomenal! Service was excellent. You can dine in either the dining room or bar area, and we sat at a table in the bar area with a big screen TV, watching the NCAA tournament. I'm sure it can get a bit rowdy here during a Steeler game, but it was quiet when we were there on a Saturday evening around 5:30-6:00."

"While I don't have anything particularly negative to say, I don't have anything particularly good either. The food was decent. I got a sirloin steak, and my wife got BBQ ribs. As I said, both meals were decent, but I wouldn't go any further than that. The same quality food can be found at Applebees or Fridays, but the food costs less at those places. For the price I paid, I expected either slightly better quality, or at least a better portion. My steak came with an ice cream scoop sized side of mashed potatos, and a few green beans. Additionally, our server forgot to give us bread, which we didn't even realize we were supposed to receive until we were on our way out and saw that everybody else had it."

"Dear Folks:

As you recall, I reserved a booth for six and it was provided, however it was located near the front door and on the edge of the bar. No one in our party could hear each other. The Pepperwood Grille needs to "soften" the suroundings so the noise does not carry! Like one person said to her husband "we could of come by ourselves, since no one can talk to each other anyway". It would be nice, if I booked with your site again to be able to pick our booth, maybe on the restraurant side, instead of the bar side, maybe it would have been better! The food was great, service was very good, the booth was confortable, just the wrong location.....maybe? It might be too noisey on the restraurant side too...don't know!

"It was only my 2nd visit but once again. It was a nice time. My only problem I have is being it was Valentine's Day. I'm not big on special menu's. I understand the concept of limiting the chefs from being busy with all sorts of preparations but... The restaurant had guests that weren't there for the Valentine Day celebration but had to choose from only that menu. I know all restaurants do this but limiting choices to what you only want your chefs to prepare isn't fair to the customer."
