"Went for mother’s day with my wife and son and as always, the food and service were excellent. The shrimp limoncello appetizer was out of this world. I highly recommend it. I also had the veal marsala and it was incredible as well. Love the place and will always be back…"

"The food and server were very good. There was a large party at the same time, and the noise was very distracting and rude. The party was cackling so hard they could have broken the glasses! They did not ask the group to be respectfull of others trying to enjoy their dinner. I guess the larger the party the bigger the bill, so parties of 2 are just meant to suffer through the noise.
Maybe if the noise level was quieter my experience would have been better."

"I went to Buteras a few times this time I went on a date it was very nice the server was attentive might I suggest that I would have preferred a little more intumate searing esp. For couples on a date its more romantic we were in the center of the Resturaunt which I think is fine for family or large groups.I might also suggest you have a better choice of appetizers a little less fish more selections for healthy eating for people watching those carbs!"

"The food is very good and service is polite and good. I've been here three times in the past year and each time the food has been great. Very large portions leave plenty to take home for another lunch or dinner especially if you get the Lasagna. My only complaint is the noise. I wouldn't describe the atmosphere as "energetic" but rather extremely "loud". At a table of six it is very difgicult to maintain a conversation with yhe other end of the table. But the food is great and the staff is family friendly so that makes it worth going back again. ."

"Waiter added a sharing fee without asking first. He complained loudly about us to another waiter after I asked that it be removed since he did not advise us about it first. We spent plenty of money on drinks and appetizers. We should not have been charged it for this reason. The oranges and limes on the drinks were dried out and distasteful. The food was mediocre. The chicken was dry and the pasta overcooked. Additionally, though I checked in promptly and stated my name, Butera's said I did not check in and I did not receive credit with Open Table. It was lucky that I used a credit card to pay as that was the only way I received credit. Neither of us will return."

"Pasta sauce can make or break an entire restaurant. It's also a personal preference. That said, I did not care for this italian food at all. It might work for someone else. Food was rather pedestrian, waiter acted like he could have cared less, nor could the man (who I am assuming was an ower) who begrudgingly had to greet us when we arrived. The place was full, so they must have a good repeat family return business, but it just didn't work for us!"

"We had a 7:30 reservation but weren't seated until after 8. We were a party of five and we were put at a table for 4, with a chair at the head of one of the tables.
The waitress was pretty good.
The food was very good. However, I had the seafood lasagna. For $20, I expected more than 2 shrimps and 2 scallops and some pieces of calamari."

"I enjoyed the food and the server was very good, however, I made a reservation on OpenTable for 7PM and was told when I arrived at 6:55 that they were running a little behind and the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I understood 15-20 minutes; that was fine, however, it took over 40 minutes to be seated. If you cannot honor a reservation (within normal limits) then what is the point of the reservation process? (Also note that we were only a party of 2, so it was not like we were a big party looking to take up a lot of room.) Bottom line, if you cannot accommodate the amount of people that have reservations, then you should limit the amount of reservations available on OpenTable."

"We went to Butera's of Seaford for Valentine's Day. We had a great experience. The food was delicious, we had zero wait, and the valet was terrific. It looks like there parking was limited and I have a big truck so having a valet take care of that was nice. The bill was actually quite reasonable, and our server was wonderful. We had a gift card and were unaware that it was for twice as much as we thought. So we gave the server the gift card and a big bill thinking it was settled, but she was honest and said that there clearly was a problem. We were so thankful that we gave a huge tip."

"We've been here a couple of times, and we chose to go here for Valentine's Day with our 20 month old since we didn't have a sitter. We were happy to be seated at one of the round booths, because it made our night still feel special and somewhat romantic, by having some sense of seclusion & privacy from the other tables, and it made it easy for us to keep our daughter entertained without disrupting any other table from their special night out, which was fantastic! The food and service was great. Overall it was a great night & great dining experience."

"made reservations on line very good. valet parking made easier going in very cold night very crowded had to wait at bar (much to close to breezy front door even hostess said way to cold ordered beer from bar both choices told only 1 left ? ( then dont offer) what did have ( a beer) was given frozen solid.( i guess also to close to front door) mussels were excellent ordered fish dinner under cooked,waitress wasnt sure what kind of fish she said thought was snapper (was not) appeared to be some sort of bass. over all was good not great would recommend with caution"

"Food was great as usual. Reservations were made online the day before. We made them for 7:30 and we actually sat down at 8:05. Our table was given to someone else. This was not a good expereince. If I take the time to make a reservation and actually call to say we were on our way, then the table should have been reaady. This was not a good experience."
