NYY Steak brings world-class dining to the world-famous Yankee stadium. Out of our award winning open kitchen, the finest dry aged USDA Prime steaks, five-star seafood and sumptuous desserts are presented with perfection. We have a full bar, featuring an extensive wine list and seasonal cocktails. Around every upscale corner, you'll find signature Yankee touches like our autographed wall of past and present players, baseball diamond-shaped dishes marked with retired Yankee numbers. Our signature steak is a 27oz long bone-in rib-eye commemorating our 27 world championships. Hours vary in terms of the stadium baseball and event schedule. We are located at Gate 6 on the 125 level.

"If you're a baseball fan, especially a Yankee fan, and you like steak, NYY Steak is a must. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the cold seafood tower is filled with the freshest lobster, crab, shrimp, clams and oysters and the side dishes (lobster Mac and cheese, creamed spinach, garlic mashed) are as good as you can get. Prices are typical NYC top of the line Steakhouse prices, and the food is worth every penny."

"The NYY steak experience was not what I expected. Prices were way to High for the food and drinks. ($17.00 for a Tanguray and tonic, C'mon). The steaks were good but no better than what I get at Costco or my local butcher. Service was not slow but our waitress was not very attentive to our table. I don't mind paying high prices for a meal but there has to be a value for the price. I think the only thing you get for the price is the experience of eating at the Stadium."

"My wife and I arrived on time at 2PM for this reservation. Other than 5 or 6 people at the bar, we were the only people at a table. Apon arriving we were seated as far back in the restaurant as possible. Very strage considering no one was there. We got our menus right away from the hostess. After 20 minutes no server had arrived. We continued to wait assuming some one would help us. To our amazement, all the waitstaff were sitting eating lunch at a table near by. I finally had to get up and ask for someone to take our order. We wanted to eat an get back to our seats. We finally got our meals (both steak-very over priced) but very good. I think the waitress came by one more time to ask us how the food was. Doubt we'll be back."

"The food is decent but not up to par the way a steakhouse should be. The garlic mashed potatoes were not fluffy but hard and stiff. The bone-in strip was pretty good, nice marbling and cooked the way I asked. The drinks are great!"

"Nice, up-scale way to have a great steak dinner before a Yankees game. If there's a 7pm game, make a reservation for 5pm and you'll have plenty of time to eat and get to your seats for game time. Steak was cooked perfectly. Good wine list and cocktails. Of course, like everything else at Yankee Stadium, it's pricey, so go prepared. It's not exactly a "romantic" place, but if you're taking a date to the game, this is so much better than ordering at your seat or buying at the concession stands. The wait staff and bartenders were all pleasant and accommodating."

"Was most disappointed to find that there is no view of the game from the restaurant. Regarding the food -
I started with Classic Ceasar salad and my date had Baby Iceberg:

"I have been to NYY steak a few times since they opened and was always impressed about how the food was comparable to other NYC steak houses and at decent prices.
However, this time I noticed the prices jumped considerably and the steak just didn't compare to the other steak houses in the city.

"I dined here before a late afternoon game. An okay experience overall, but I was hoping it would be stellar. The cocktail and wine menus are great. The salad and side dishes were also good. I felt that my steak was mediocre - it was cooked correctly but was not super flavorful. Good service and atmosphere. Prices are not totally unreasonable considering it is inside the stadium. It's a fun experience to try at least once. I would come back again some time, but I'd order differently."

"All food was no doubt excellent, but somewhat overpriced in comparison with comparable steakhouses. While the "Yankees experience" is surely a main reason people - like myself - will visit, the Yankees experience is truly visual: numbers on plates, wait staff in pinstripes, autographs on the wall. So if you want a good steak at Yankee Stadium, you're in luck. But if you're looking for an unforgettable Yankees experience that will stay with you for a lifetime, prepare to be underwhelmed."

"We had a very nice dinning experience on our 33rd Anniversary!The food was very good, despite my steak having to go back to be cooked more.We were very surprised when the waiter presented us with a flaming ice cream desert complements of the restaurant in honor of our Anniversary.

"Went to the steakhouse with low expectations - expected it to be average, but it was outstanding. The drinks were well done, flavors in the appetizers and side dishes were amazing, and the meat was delicious. The service was exactly what you'd expect from a world class restaurant - attentive without hovering: our server asked about our preferences and made the perfect recommendations, we didn't feel any pressure, but he was there with what we needed a half second before we were ready to ask for it. And when we were done we were off to the ball game!"

"We are very disappointed. This was one of our favorite restaurants and as NYY season ticket

"Our dinner for four was overall a fabulous meal. My bone in rib eye was lightly seasoned, perfectly charred and cooked spot on to med. rare. Sides were also solid and the dozen raw little necks app. were great. The meal and steak itself stands toe to toe with ANY other venerable NYC steak house as it should based on the rich prices.
Only negative was our 6:30 reservation that ran almost 30 minutes late before we actually sat and the meal itself ran much too slow, in fact missed the first five full innings of the game which trounced the meaning of the night."

"We were sat as soon as we arrived although the reservation was for another 15 minutes. A great surprise. Our server Rob was fantastic, answering any questions we had and offering his thoughts and highlighting the menu. He took time to update us on the waiting time for our food. It was a bit long but nothing extraordinary to note. It always seems like longer if the server disappears, he did not and kept tending to us. The food was very good. I work in the hospitality industry and am usually never satisfied and tend to be picky. Great dining experience."

"Well I didn't want to be "that" customer, I ordered a filet mignon asked for it rare and I got back a medium well steak. I was a little disappointed for a pricy steak and it wasn't under cooked where it could go back on the grill for a moment. Over all it was nice. "If you're going to a game and don't want the hot dog and french fries dinner, NY Yankee steak is the place to go! We had the raw oysters and clams to start, followed by salads, steak, lobster mac and cheese, onion rings (they're the size of donuts!) and spinach. "Had a great pre-game lunch at NYY Steak. Its hard to believe you are inside Yankee Stadium. Iso was our server, and was very attentive, providing excellent service. The menu has a lot of options, including several lunch offerings that were not on the standard menu. The food was very good, obviously fresh, with a very nice presentation. I am already planning a trip back."

"It's terrible when you have to yell a conversation to your table mates (because of the high noise level in the room) and even worse when at times they cannot even hear what you are saying (despite yelling)..... and we were only a table of 4. I also don't like being limited to 90 minutes when they didn't take the main course order until we were 45 minutes into our 90 minutes. Despite offering it to us, under the 90 minute rule (which they reminded us about twice) we did not order desert as we were already breaking the 90 minute limit. "Energetic" does not fairly describe the noise level but it was your loudest rating."

"Overall great experience. Did take VERY long for the food to come out though. Had 11am appt. ordered food at approx 1125...plates didn't arrive until 1210pm. Was opening day, so maybe everyone was a bit overwhelmed...:but for the prices, i would love it it everyone is on point lol. We had to skip dessert because we would have missed the pregame introductions because the food was so late.
Also was told to remove hat while in Dining area (which I would have done anyway) only to notice half the patrons wearing their hats when I left (and I'm not talking about the bar area). Inconsistency with the rules."
