The Cheeky Monk will change the way you think about beer. With over 75 beers to choose from, many which are hard to find anywhere else in Colorado and date back as far as the 11th century, you'll enjoy a taste of Belgium in Westminster. The vast variety of beers boast hints of fruit, berries, chocolate - some have strong characteristics, some are tart, sour, earthy and bitter. Something for everyone even those that don't normally prefer beer. The food menu, with specialties including Mussels, Frites Aioli, Bangers and Mash, and Belgian Waffles, has been designed to accompany the beers and enhance your overall experience.

"Enjoyed the options so much we had to come back to try some more beers. Brought my mom, who is belgian, and she was very impressed with the selection of beers (and specially that they had many on tap and served in the appropriate glass) and the mussels. (although the portion was small compared to what they would serve in Belgium. Overall a great experience, good service, great location, lot's of options of food and beverages and great with the kids!"

"This place is best if you are going for beer and fries. They have a good beer selection and very greasy, yummy fries. The rest of the food...not great. The service...marginal. Probably wouldn't recommend this place for much other than the above."

"It always amazing me that the focus with a resturant isn't on the first impression.The host staff should not just be a pretty face,but one with a service mind. We were greeted by 3 hosts & hostess at the door. The male host was good, we requested a warm table after coming in from the storm, he passed the menus to a female hostess who seemed a bit confused and was not friendly at all,she took us in to what I believe to be the coldest area of the resturant.(all glass area).We asked if there was something else.Low and behold the next choice was one table away from the fireplace, in the center of the resturant. Very nice cozy spot.Everything else went great.But honestly not sure I'll return to be "greeted" by this type of attitude."

"There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed the new beers we tried. The food was so so. Reuben had small portion of meat and sauerkraut, but lot of dressing. Shrimp salad was good, and not too much dressing. Spaghetti Bolognese was average."
