"My first time dining at Ignite was this past weekend for my birthday. Their food was absolutely delicious. I started out disappointed when they informed me they were out of gluten free pizza crusts (I had my heart set on a pizza), but I ended up getting the short ribs instead and they were DELICIOUS. And the portions were huge - I had enough meat to have a full lunch the next day with my leftovers. We also had a personal favorite, fried pickles, that were also delicious. I especially loved their drink selection. Tons of local beers on tap, and their mixed drink selection was very unique! I'm not normally a fan of mixed drinks, but I tried their "Backyard Tea," and was blown away by how delicious it was. Overall, I highly recommend!"

"Mussels and wings were very good. The meatloaf was yummy. The bacon added nice flavor but was on the fatty/chewy side so I didn't eat that. I recommended the salmon to my friends and they loved it. I really like the jalapeño sour -- nice kick. My friend didn't care for it but was afraid to send it back. The server took care of it right away --- no problem. Overall, the service that night was average, not as attentive as our previous visit."

"I ONLY gave a three-star over all rating because on our visit, at 12:45 on Easter Sunday....they were OUT of CHAMPAGNE? Seriously? When 3 of your featured drinks on the brunch menu INCLUDE CHAMPAGNE? You need to tar and feather the person who does your liquor order! Other than that, OUTSTANDING as usual."

"We waited a long time for our food, which seemed odd because the restaurant was not busy or even close to full. Also, we were 15 minutes late for our reservation, and they were pretty rude (even though, again, they had plenty of tables) and they they reported to you that we didn't use the reservation. The food was ok, not great. My "roasted beet" salad was lacking in roasted beets (seemed like they just used canned beets) and I didn't notice any pistachios either. I ordered the salad with added chicken which was not well-cooked and without much flavor. It is a good looking restaurant and our server was nice. But the overall feeling I left with was that I overpaid for an extremely average lunch."

"Ignite has figured out the Groupon game - mark up everything so you can offer a deal and still make money at the discounted price. Our waiter was surly. Food was tasty but uninspired. It was worth the half-price that we paid for it with a Groupon, but there are much better restaurants in LoDo for the full-price paying customer."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the great food and experience that Ignite has to offer. On a busy night, we were served well by all the staff and were treated well during each step of our visit. Our date night started awkwardly when we were placed at the dreaded table in front of the busy kitchen. The hosts and waitstaff were great to move us to the first open table on the patio. Several people gave us some good menu suggestions and followed up appropiately to make sure everything was going well with our dinner. The timing of our night, service, and menu selections were excellent. We walked away saying WOW and plan to come back soon. We suggest the boneless Pork Chops with a wonderful apple cider reduction."

Rigatoni infused with an herby tomato sauce, served piled in a cast iron pan, and the Pork Loin atop a sweet potato mash are incredibly satisfying. The Pear Spice Cake looks simple but the flavors are complex; the plate was barely on the table and we had scarfed it down."

"I was pretty pumped to visit this place after all the positive reviews I found online. I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and very interesting. I saw so many recommendations for the Man Candy that I gave that a shot as well and it was as awesome as the reviews said it was. So much fun. The drinks were kind of unremarkable but the waiter was very honest up front and let me know that I might or might not like them. The service was fantastic. All very helpful, positive, and informative. Food arrived on time and hot. We ended up staying for three hours and never had to ask for refills on water or drinks. I've already recommended the place to five other people."

"First time there and with a group of five. The food was good and scene was fun. We went for brunch and advertised bottomless mimosas. Unfortunately the waitstaff isn't allowed to leave a carafe for the table so we hit the bottom of our bottomless mimosas often. I'd say it either needs more prompt service on the drinks or carafes for the customer to pour from. Overall though pretty good brunch."

"Fantastic bartenders and innovative featured cocktails. Not sure that the food we ordered (from the 5280 Denver Restaurant Week menu) was the usual fare Ignite! offers. However, it was quite good! The beef tenderloin was tender and cooked superbly. The pork was great and the risotto divine. Appetizers and dessert were ok and there was no decaf espresso."

"This was our first time at Ignite. We chose the restaurant based on the rooftop bar and menu. It was fabulous! The food selection is diverse from burger's to steak to candied bacon ( delicious!!) The atmosphere was great and the ambiance was perfect. Overall our expirence was fantastic and that was large in part due to.our server Drew. Drew was excellent! If ever you visit Ignite, ask for him. He went above and beyond to accommodate our party and made our fining expirence very memorable."

"We went to Ignite for 5280. They has a special menu with delicious appetizer of either shrimp scampi or Italian risotto tots(delicious) and entrees of Colorado Lamb (fabulous, beef tenderloin (delicious) and roasted pork (fabulous). Creme brulee for dessert, fired up at the table. The creme brulee was good enough. All in all, we were extremely happy with the food and the service. The non 5280 meals looked great as we walked by. It was our first time at Ignite and will go back again. Thanks, Ignite!"

"Special menu for 5280 Restaurant week. We had pork roulade, beef tenderloin trio, Risotto tots, and creme brulee for dessert. The regular menu looked as enticing as our entrees and it would have been nice to have options from the regular menu to sample day to day fare. Recommended to those seeking quality food at affordable prices. They have parking....so don't pay $10 for the lot next door."

"The fig and prosciutto pizza was out of this world! Absolutely amazing! The service was really great too. Even though they were really busy, the food came out remarkably fast and tasted very fresh. Can't wait to go back and try more things. Actually, I doubt I could even walk by the building without ordering that pizza."

"We went to Ignite! for Restaurant Week, but when we arrived, we decided to order from the regular menu. We never pass up an opportunity to pizza at a new place, and we were not disappointed. The thin crispy crust and abundant toppings were delicious. We also shared a mussels appetizer and the steak and frites entree. Everything was tasty. The service was excellent, plenty of attention without hovering. One of the owners was roaming around the dining room, refilling water glasses and chatting with customers. Very welcoming!"

"5280 menu was not part of their regular menu, so it seemed that the back of the house wasn't quite prepared. Novice risotto; resembled thick mashed potatoes. It was mostly fine, offsetting the salty, over-seasoned pork loin roulade. Waitstaff unevenly trained; key server wasn't sure how to serve wine or torch sugar for creme brulee.
Very loud, but overall nice space. Might try again on a different night with regular menu."

"Ignite is the type of restaurant that foodies thrive on. This is the menu and delivery that, no pun intended, ignites the pallet. I was beyond impressed with all of the menu items that my fiance and I ordered. The service was very knowledgable and assisted us in narrowing down our decision to best suit our likings. Great restaurant in a great part of Denver."
