"We hadn't been here in years but heard it was good value with nice menu. Good beer and drinks and nice menu selection depending on your mood. We had 3 salads among us and both the steak and salmon ones were very good. We would return for dinner on a whim when needing a spot with good food and atmosphere."

"This was my first time at NSB Bar and Grill. There were no issues with the waitress. She informed us right away of items that were not available, which was unusual since we had reservations at 7:30 p.m. She was able to offer some feedback when asked. I had the Braised Beef Shoulder, and my companion had a salmon dish, which was one of the specials for the night. In adddressing the salmon first, the waitress stated it would be served medium rare; however, when it it arrived, the salmon was overcooked and was white instead of a pinkish color. The beef shoulder had a good flavor, but it was dry. I am not sure if this was due to the gravy being on the side, so the beef was not moist. I would be willing to return, but I am hesitant to do so."

"My steak was warm, not hot, and my friend's steak came out rare instead of medium and had to be sent back. The waitress did not understand what the drink special of the evening was and when I asked if it was a martini, she said yes so I ordered it. It came back in a glass that you would find in a bar in the islands and was definitely not a martini."

"We had a great experience the other night. The team was very attentive and made several attempts to make our experience better after not having a table right away. Taking ownership of an issue that they weren't entirely responsible for (patrons were lingering at tables talking after they were done) is the mark of an amazing service team! This is our first time back after the place was remodeled and made more intimate. Very pleased with the atmosphere and live music. The food was excellent. We'll be back for sure!"

"Food was good but we both had steaks that were not hot, but lukewarm. When I told our server, she asked if she should take them back but we did not want to wait for the food again since it was snowing out so we said no. I think they should have offered us coffee or something, but she just basically walked away. They also canceled my open table reservation for no reason, even though I was there. However, after an email to you, it was taken care of."
