At Kauai Pasta, we take great pride in our food. We believe that food tastes best when it"s made fresh using only the finest quality ingredients. All of our sauces, dressings and desserts are made daily in our kitchens. When creating Kauai Pasta, we set out to establish a restaurant that people could dine at more than just once in a while. We did this by crafting a menu that was both affordable and diverse, offering everything from simple pasta dishes to extravagant steak entrees created by our team of talented chefs. On this site you will find the most current menus for both locations as well as a wine list with some of the most delectable varietals available. Be sure to check back soon, as we update our menus seasonally with new entree selections. In addition, we offer holiday menus and special wine pairing dinners.

"We were late for our reservation but they accommodated us without problem.
Service was friendly and prompt.
Food-Bruschetta, salad, and entrees were fresh, well presented and extremely tasty. Ingredients were very flavorful and the preparation was flawless.

"The service was very attentive, the food is price reasonably and portions very generous. It's a good location for group dining. However the parking lot is very small and very difficult to accommodate the number of patrons that this restaurant can hold."

"Ignore the lack of ambience! The food is the most special thing about this restaurant. Can't imagine finding a better Italian meal anywhere else in Kauai! Homemade pastas and sausage were exceptional."

"Kauai Pasta in Kapaa never disappoints. Calamari is served with a wonderful aioli with fresh spinach and tomato on the plate as well. The Veal Marsala was tender and cooked perfectly. Greek pasta..excellent.

"Kauai Pasta is one of the places we return to when we come to Kauai. Excellent food and very friendly staff.
This time I had the fresh clam linguini and had lots of clams and a super sauce. My wife had the house pasta with meat sauce which was excellent. If you want "pasta" on the island go here."

"Food was generally good. One in our party didn't care for the chicken dish. Another loved their spinach salad. Two others had ribeye steaks which were a bit chewy, but acceptable as that cut often is not as tender as others. The sauce served with the steaks was tremendous and made up for the short-comings of the steaks. Prices were reasonable for the meals. To save some money, bring your own wine (although they have an impressive wine list). There is a $15 corkage fee. We'll go back as there are other interesting offerings on the menu that we would like to try. This is the restaurant in Kapaa; their other one is in Lihue which we have been to for lunch several times. It is kind of noisy. The Kapaa location wasn't very noisy."

"We arrived during a busy time, but were seated immediately. The food is absolutely terrific--our bruchetta was the best we've ever had with their balsamic reduction. The servings are pretty large--so be cautious in ordering too much, or plan on taking some home for later. It's a pretty local place, reasonable priced, and the servers--every single one of them--are incredibly beautiful. We wish we lived closer, as this would be our new favorite weekly Italian. Be sure to go to the location in Kapaa--better food from what we heard from the locals."

"Great pesto pasta dish and salad, large portions. The pesto should have had some visible macadamia nuts on top, since it was advertised in the dish.
Service very busy and rushed. Not so well organized as a restaurant should be. We made reservations and asked for a booth, our server said they were being held for reserved parties of 4. Then two parties of 2 with no reservations were seated at the booths, by other servers. We mentioned this to our server and he just nodded."

"The food was excellent! I had read the reviews on open table and went there to see what it was like. I had the special of the day-- three cheese ravioli with sun dried tomato pesto and their homemade sausage with macadamia nut pesto, basil etc. They were both fresh and the favors, outstanding. My husband had the caprese salad, also with fresh delicious mozzarella, Maui tomatoes , and fresh basil. His entree was his usaul...pasta with red sauce, and meatballs. He thoroughly enjoyed it as well. A couple of very nice glasses of wine. I tried their tiramisu for desert. It was a tiramisu cheesecake. It was just ok, but some people might like it better. All in all we will go back again this trip."

"While on Kauai and seeking Italian food, this is the place to go in my books... Not real big in scale and not over priced as you will find at the upscale so called "Italian" dining establishments... It is a little non discript, but once inside and seated be prepared for some very good food... From starters to main course you won't go wrong and the staff was very helpful and friendly."

"After consulting Open Table & Trip Advisor reviews we chose the Kauai Pasta. It was an excellent choice. We shared a Kailani Field Greens Salad. It was big enough for the two of us. I ordered butternut squash ravioli with bacon and candied walnuts. Delicious. My companion ordered a calzone filled with sausage and other items but the sausage over powered everything else. We shared a banana bread pudding dessert with ice cream. We also had a craft beer and a glass of wine."

"Great to see restaurant doing great. Full with many visitors.
We're local and were waiting our turn in line. When we finally moved up to the front, the hostess approached the line and asked the visitors behind us if she could help them.
My wife had to advise her that we were next.
