"The beer selection is small, no craft beers at all. The tomato and mozz appitizer was uninspired (clump of mozz, some sliced grape tomatos, topped with some shredded lettuce (?)and an overly concentrated dressing, looked thrown together with what they had). The rest of the meal was good, but not great, server was not energetic or overly attentive, just going through the motions. Ok for when you need to eat, but not a must go for a great meal."

"It was very crowded. Wait for people without reservations was about 40 minutes. We were seated in about 15 minutes because of the Opentable reservation. Waitress was very attentive and the food arrived promptly. We ordered the minestrone soup Caesar chicken salad. Penne Pasta with marinara sauce and we had Fried calamari with hot peppers as an appetizer. It was great."

"Had a 6pm reservation which was a social/business outing. We all noticed that the server seemed to be rushing our stay through the entire meal. 3 out of the 4 had hardly put a dent in their meal when the server came around to ask if we needed boxes. Disappointing visit."

"We came to Benuccis for the second time after a great experience the first time. We loved the "chicken romano" dish the first time. Our reservation was for 7:30 and we were not seated until almost 7:50. When we sat down & got our menus we were dismayed to fond that the chicken romano was no longer on the menu. When we asked the waitress about it she didnt seem to care that we were upset about it and did not offer any comparable suggestions or substitutions. We ordered other dishes & waited for our food. 2 of our party got the poll farfalle and said the chicken was very dry and barely edible. Again, when we told this fact to the waitress she just laughed it off as "that's how the dish is supposed to be." Unfortunately we won't be returning."

"I was expecting more from the restaurant. It felt overcrowded and uncomfortable. The services was pretty good, probably the best part of the experience. I did appreciate that were was gluten free pasta but probably not enough to go back, the meal was kind of plain and definitely not authentic Italian at all."
