The inspiration for Verace Pizzeria stems from a passion for the authentic fire-roasted pizzas found throughout Italy for years and more recently in North America. For a century and a half, the pizza makers of Italy (or "Pizzaioli" as they are known in Italian) have been producing unique mouth-watering pizzas using the freshest ingredients available. The pizza at Verace Pizzeria captures the pure essence of simple and delicious Italian food. Verace Pizzeria practices the techniques of the masters by using the key ingredients that make a traditional pizza. Our kitchen uses fruits and vegetables from local farms whenever possible, and imports only the finest Italian ingredients.
