"We had breakfast at 10:15 on a Sunday morning - upon ordering was told they had run out of bacon. Waitress was very friendly but that didn't help overall experience. Real shame because other than this meal, our overall stay at hotel was exceptional. Maybe Management needs to focus here."

"My daughters and I ate at the Plaza prior to attending Wicked at the Ohio Theater. The food was good. The flatbreads are recommended. One word of caution: If ordering a flatbread and salad, make sure you get a side salad. Otherwise the salad is quite large."

"We wanted to enjoy a professional services networking lunch for 4. The Plaza Restaurant fit the bill perfectly. I really enjoyed the roasted beet salad and the cream of asparagus soup. Thank you!"

"Made reservation for a mothers day "brunch" as advertised. When we got there there was no brunch but just a different menu. Server did not bring kids right order and tried to give my 3 year old a large glass of water- thought i was nuts asking for a kids cup."

"I think this was an off night for them, or we were too early, at 6 pm. We still enjoyed being there, as it's a beautiful view, comfortable seating, and we had an excellent wait person. One person loved her chicken dish. The other 3 were ambivalent."

"We had an early dinner there before going to a play at the Riffe. The food was great and presented well. Our waitress was attentive to our time frame. Most important, it was quiet. We didn't have to shout at one another to be heard. Very much appreciated!!!! We so had a nice view of the Capitol and downtown Columbus."
