"It's the same food as at Jaleo, good but not excellent, in DC but triple the prices, the ambience wasn't exactly the one for a luxury restaurant, wine list is poor and overprice. I wasn't bad neither good. The place is inside the SLS hotel, but wait is not a separated place, is located between the reception and the pool area, so you can see people passing thru the restaurant all the time, even in shorts no shirts and flip-flops. It's a place to see and be seen but not a place to have an intimate dinner.
I ask for an after taste drink and the selection was really poor, however the maitre really put his best effort to offer me the best of his possibilities, it was good but not great.
The food is good in general terms."

"Expensive but worth it. There are so many flavors and decadent experiences we had, it's hard to name them all. We let our waiter choose all our dishes (and accompanying glasses of wine) and he hit a home run! Hip, beautiful, and fun!"

"This wildly popular spot is wonderful not jud for its gorgeous decor but also deservedly for it's genuinely gourmet tapas food. Chef Jose Andres has recreated his hit from Beverly Hills, and in fact maybe even surpassed the original. Everything is great. A few of my favorites are the foie gras, coffee yogurt, the onion soup cappuccino, the pork belly & chicharon sliders, and the baby Japanrese peaches with burrata, just to name a few of the improbable-sounding, yet exquisite-tasting modern tapas bites. FYI, the alumni of Ferran Adria's EL BULLI's test kitchen now are collaborating with Chef Andres to create newly inspired renditions of Andres' own molecular gastronomic genius. This place is a MUST GO."

"First off all very well knowledge staff. John Can our sever was very professional and on point in every detail, explaining every dish and the best way to go into the great menu. We were treat like a royalty, we felt unique. Manager Jimmy Pumarol is amazing very energetic, great focus in costumer service. The food is truly gem in creative and flavor, presentation is unique, like all restaurants of Jose Andres, I was in Jaleo DC and this place is great as well. Good job from hostess to runners very professionals. Definitely I'll come back."

"This was our first time at Bazaar and our experience was outstanding. Our waitress Marci was attentive, funny and gave us great suggestions. I have food allergies and the menu is very eclectic, so Marci brought out a special menu for me! They had one for dairy, nut, and peanut...amazing! I got the tuna cerviche with passion fruit and I highly recommend it. I also got the scallops and spinach, both delicious. My husband ordered the brussel sprouts, coconut rice and shrimp and he loved them. Everything was prepared perfectly and presented beautifully. We ended up drinking champagne, but the signature cocktails looked amazing."

"What a magnificent restaurant! I highly recommend it!
An elegant restaurant with tasteful and hip furnishings that let you know you are someplace special. Perfect. Our waitress and servers were warm & friendly, super efficient, and we felt very pampered. We were even asked what chairs we preferred at our table! The manager made us feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant & treated us like celebrities. How can you not like that! The food - oh the food. Superb in every aspect. Perfect portions, beautifully assembled, wonderful tasting with flavors that made the textures and tastes come alive. You realize you've had a superb culinary experience when you're finished. If you like excellent chefs, service, and surroundings go to Bazaar!"

"The spanish food was incredible, the service perfect!

"My husband and I visited while away in Miami. Excellent restaurant. The staff were all very attentative. The food was amazing. Our waiter Gus was wonderful. We had a drink on the patio before dinner and they were great and the bartenders were very nice. SLS Hotel is definatley a hot bar scene later in evening as streams of people were going through the restaurant to the patio."

"The tapas style menu is huge - I would stick to the more adventurous molecular gastronomy dishes, although some (like the onion soup with foie gras cappuccino) definitely fell flat. Menu is very hit or miss. I most enjoyed the Japanese eel cucumber tacos, creamy coconut rice with sepia, dragon fruit ceviche and both the pan con chocolate dessert with olive oil and brioche ice cream and the tres leches dessert with rum and pineapple, were great. This restaurant is more about novelty and flare than outstanding food."

"I found the food to be incredible, yes....truly exquisite. The service was also perfect. The Decor & ambiance impeccable. This is definitely a special occasion kind of place or just for the jet set / wealthy. The food was priced fairly considering how wonderful it was but the drinks were very overpriced & the cost to park obscene! It seemed to be "The" place for the beautiful people, notably Miami's gorgeous models. It is not a place for kids or people who will be shocked by scantily clad models on their way to the pool bar also in the hotel. If I was able to I'd eat there often. The food & atmosphere was perfect! I highly recommend this place to serious foodies!!!!"

"Bazaar by Jose Andres is fantastic! The energy in the restaurant is very eclectic and intriguing and the food is amazing as can be expected by Jose Andres. We loved the meat platter and the Spanish cheese as well as the endive and goat cheese dish that we have had at his other restaurants. The venue is also wonderful as the SLS hotel is new and hip and energetic. We dinned there as a couple several times and I have hosted dinners for clients as well. It is equally great for both. The Spanish wine list was also impressive and inventive."

"Most enjoyable meal... My wife and I are foodies. This was our third visit to Bazaar. We ordered 17 dishes between the 3 of us plus dessert. Dessert fell short but dinner 1was absolutely delicious. They are consistent. The wait staffs are accomodating and knowledgable. You will leave yhere feeling like a judge from Top Chef. A must do if you in Miami."

"Was a little disappointed with the service. Food was spectacular though. Started by trying to get a drink at the bar before dinner. Ordered the drink and it actually took well over 10 minutes for it to appear. The bartender actually took our order yet I saw her serving another group before we even received our drinks. Was especially disappointed they include 18% tip in the bill even though the service deserved zero tip. Never had to wait 10 minutes in my life for a drink to be made.
Another issue was I ordered a bottle of wine listed as a 2010 in their menu. when it arrived it was actually a 2011 which they tried to pass off without telling me the bottle was the wrong vintage. The difference in years was huge for region. I had it returne"

"A truly spectacular crown of the Jose Andres empire! The creative, gourmet tapas are not to be believed - absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. The molecular gastronomic dishes, such as the Cuban Sandwich, are scrumptious. Flavors here are stunning, and the staff is magnificently warm and attentive. They are beyond perfection! The Starke designed dining room is gorgeous, with lots of interesting touches. The chandelier is simply amazing!
This terrific establishment has truly turned into one of our favorites for special occasions. When in Miami, don't miss this incredible experience!"

"I had high spectatation for this place. Food was not impressive at all. Had one or two items worth the money . We ordered 7 plates total, since they are very small but we were still hungry afterwards . Def go next door to Katsuya instead . It wasn't very expensive but with so many options in SOBE don't waste your time here. The liquid Nitrogen caipirinha was cool and very delish !"

"I've eaten at other Jose Andres's restaurants so we chose Bazaar while in Miami. Our group of 4 enjoyed a well paced tasting menus for $100/person plus tax and the standard 18% grats all restaurants in Miami add. With one round of pre dinner drinks, and wine it was about $750 for our party of 4. Some of the dishes were fantastic, while others were not really as special and some even greasy or a little odd. Dessert was an absolutely highlight. A good place to enjoy a unique meal in Miami."

"There were so many options on the menu and it was so hard to decide on what to choose. We ended up getting the Caipirinhas. (Amazing! Made tableside with Liquid Nitrogen!! It was like a Granita) For food we had: Kueh Pai Ti (sort of non-eventful), the Japanese Tacos (interesting flavor with eel), Papas a la Huancaina (only 4 tiny potatoes but otherwise yummy), Brussel Sprouts (summery flavors), the Scallops (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and the Salmon (Our favorite. This was the best dish we had.)
For dessert we tried 3 dishes! The Tres Leches, the Key Lime Pie and the Chocolate dish. The chocolate dish would have been my favorite except for the olive oil drizzled on it.

"Went there with my family and too see what it was all about. The food was TAPAS which is little plates and they all gather up. Food was over salty . Was way overpriced. not kid friendly at all. It was 480.00 for the 3 of us. The waiter said he was going to pick something else to our order but instead he put 5 extra orders of food and the most expensive. The service was okay. the bone marrow was salty and tasted like garbage. The French onion soup was delicious the intense flavors in It but it was put Into a espresso cup. Very noisy people walking by you 24/7. If you have a family it won't fill you up and will ruin your mood. Would not recommend to anyone."
