Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
Crossroads at House of Blues® is a lively restaurant and bar located in Downtown Disney inside the world-famous House of Blues. It features a tantalizing new menu created by celebrity chef and Food Network star, Aarón Sanchez. Enjoy signature dishes such as shrimp & grits, short rib meatball sliders and fire-grilled flatbreads plus some new twists on House of Blues favorites like jambalaya, slow-smoked pulled pork, signature burgers, salads and steaks. It’s food that's bold and classic yet contemporary. Open daily for lunch and dinner, Crossroads at House of Blues is truly the place where food, music & art intersect!
"This house of blues had a great vibe but horrible service we waited 20 minutes to even get greeted by our server she then told us she couldn't take our drink and food order at the same time after we had been waiting for 30 minutes. I was very disappointed the hostess sat four other people after us and they ended up waiting as well and then revived service before us. The food was good though. Also we bought special drinks that would allow us to get free glasses but they said they only had mason jars left and then they couple right after us got glasses. I was overall disappointed."

Review 2 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"was looking forward to eating at an Aaron Sanchez establishment...server informed us that he had consulted on the menu. Food was decent, not as good as I expected from the Food Network star...the fried chicken was good but the mashed potatoes were thick, not much flavor, and a huge portion. Shrimp apetizer was so-so...our server, Mary, was great!"

Review 7 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"I went there to see the AC/DC cover band. I wanted to see the two warm up bands first, have dinner and then see the main event. I was NOT allowed in and/or out privileges. I will NEVER go there again and will be sure to tell EVERYONE I possibly can to never go there as well. What a horrible rule. I was going to spend be spending at least $200 with dinner and drinks."

"The food was good though a little spicy. The chicken tortilla soup was not that good. It was thick and bland. The service was pretty good for a Saturday night. It was very noisy and energetic. This is a good place for groups who want to have fun."

Review 9 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"The food was pretty good. Not the best at Downtown Disney but good. It was pretty loud since there was a show going on. The tables were crammed way too close to each other for comfort. Our waiter was very good though!"

"I didn't click as many features because I have only eaten there in the evening. I am always happy with the food at Crossroads. We happened to have an exceptionally good server too."

Review 22 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"The VooDoo Shrimp Appetizer was very good. The wine was good and I had the Ahi Tuna Chopped salad which was good but could have used a little more flavor in my opinion, but still good. Wait staff was great and suggested the VooDoo shrimp which was appreciated. I have eaten here a number of times and the staff and food are usually good."

Review 27 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"Inside dining area very close to the bar. Those waiting for a table sit on stools right adjacent to a series of dining tables. My wife kept getting inadvertently kicked by waiting folks. Somewhat annoying. Suggest getting some space between these tables and the waiting area at the bar. Other than that the food was very good."

"Unfortunately our first experience at the House of Blues was not a good one. The service was very slow and two of the three dishes were sub par at best. Sorry to report such negative feedback. But honestly, we would not go back again."

Review 29 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"Their menu doesn't have much of a selection we ordered burgers they were okay but nothing special. It's an okay restaurant but I don't think we be going back anytime soon. Even though we had reservations that clearly weren't needed because they had plenty of empty tables we still had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. The server did an okay job of serving us she was very friendly but forgot my daughter's pizza and openly admitted she forget it by the time she brought it out the rest of our family had almost finished our food."

Review 30 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"Have been to the House of Blues several times, but this was the worst experience. Had a reservation, but wasn't needed since it wasn't at all crowded. When seated, was placed at a table next to the bar that had children sitting there eating their pizza and being gross like kids can be. Only one waiter walked by our table, but only to move a chair out of the way. Couldn't take it anymore after about 10 minutes between the kids eating above our heads and being ignored by the wait staff that thought they were too cool to take our order, we got up and left. Have no plans on eating at this location and would never recommend eating there. Eat at the Jazz Kitchen. Excellent service. Manager even stopped by our table to say hello."

"The revamped menu was excellent. We had the jalapeno cornbread and it was amazing. The burgers were tasty and presentation was impressive. The service was fast, server was friendly and was very informative with both the menu items and the venue. I would definitely go back again."

Review 32 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"The food was OK. Noise level was extremely high and annoying. We were seated behind a support pillar near the kitchen entrance. This is probably a table that should not exist since the seats have no view of the rest of the restaurant and the display art on the walls.
This was only the beginning of our evening or problems. We came to see a singing group and it only got worse at the concert area where there was a problem with the ADA seating area. After an hour long argument they were breaking the law they seated us in another area. I wrote the restaurant already to get some response and never received any response back. They obviously don't care about customer complaints or comments."

Review 33 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"Revised menu was great. Enjoyed the Lobster mac & cheese and shrimp and grits. If you're watching a concert, it's useful to eat here, spend $20/person, and get the pass the line voucher to get into the venue early. Also was great to be able to use the coupon that came with the tickets. All of this working together made a great experience at the House of Blues!"

"Went for dinner prior to a show at the House of Blues. Food service was prompt and well-prepared. Our server was very helpful and provided Line Passes that allowed us to skip the big line of people waiting outside for the show - very nice! Made us feel like big shots!"

"So glad we made reservations. The restaurant was packed with a 30 minute wait and so I was worried we wouldn't be seated right away at our reservation time, but we were immediately shown to our table and served right away!"

Review 36 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Anaheim
"$10 for two tiny little meatball sliders with no fries or sides of any kind is a bit steep. I know pricing is going to be a little on the higher side given its location, but come on. Second time dining here; mainly to obtain the "pass the line" ticket because I was attending a show there that night. Little did I know that the $20 minimum purchase could have been easily done at the bar by consuming some yummy adult beverages. This way I can get my drink on and the foodie in me can have some real food before I even arrive at the venue."
