"While our server had a great personality our service was not so great. It took 45 minutes to get our drinks from the bar and our non-alcoholic beverages were never refilled until we begged at the end of our meal. Our appetizer was given to another table and our checks were all wrong when we got our bills. With that being said, our food was wonderful and the server tried to make everything ok. I would go back... Just not if I was in any rush."

Review 2 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"We met friends for dinner at Crossroads before seeing The Black Crowes at the House of Blues. They were packed with people going to the show, but our server did a nice job of keeping our drinks and food moving along given the crowds. The food was good and it beat standing in the rain with the crowd outside! The best part is you can "jump the line" and go straight into the show with a receipt from the restaurant. We'd definitely do it again. I've heard the gospel brunch on Sundays is great as well."

Review 3 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"We have gone here on several Sundays for the Gospel Brunch. The food is fantastic and the entertainment is great. Well worth the visit. Our only disappointment on each occasion is the service. We understand the waitstaff is busy, but they are not taking food orders or bringing meals to the tables. Therefor, they should be able to be more attentive to refilling drinks, removing empty plates etc. Overall, we had a great experience and will continue coming for the Gospel Brunch."

Review 5 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"Had dinner before attending show on a Fri night. Got in there right at 7 and waited about 30 mins for our food. Was told there was a big party and sorry for our wait. The Manager on Duty personally came to our table and apoligized for the delay and offered to give us Free dessert which wife glady accepted in a to-go box. Even with the delay, we had no trouble getting into the show before it started. Although the young lady waitress was training another lady, both were very friendly and never hesitated to cater to our needs. Never seemed to be in a hurry and very talkative which we enjoyed."

Review 7 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"My order came with cold potatoes, cold vegetables and a very good salmon filet. I asked for the potatoes and vegetables to be warmed up and what happened next kind of surprised me. The kitchen manager came over and told me that she was going to only charge me for a side order of salmon because the reheating was taking quite awhile. I thought that was great and thanked her. Here's the weird part: she then brought me out a side order of potatoes and a side order of vegetables...not the full servings that she took away to be reheated. Whats up with that? By the way the side orders were nice and hot even though my entire family was done eating by the time it came out. We wont be back."

"Made a reservation before the Old Crow Medicine Show on a Thursday night. Terribly disappointed with service and food. Waited almost 15 minutes before our order was taken and then they advised that they were out of what we ordered. We shared a burger and the steak salad. Left much to be desired."

"Best food my husband and I have had in years. Very fast service as our order to meal time was under ten minutes and they were busy. Went next door and enjoyed a show. Overall good night but a little pricey on drinks but the food was worth it!"

"Was not impressed with the gratuity charge, misleading when ads indicate prime rib for a penny then the gratuity is based on the price of two full cost meals, came to one quarter of our bill, a little too rich for our pocket."

Review 20 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"All in all our experience was Fab!! The new menu is great & Heather was the definiation of "great" service. I will say that the greeting we recieved def needs some work. We had a 7pm reservation & due to the weather and show that night it was packed. When checking in it appeared very chaotic & unorganized. Although everybody was very nice nobody could tell us how long our wait would be. We ended up being seated by around 7:15 but there was very little comfort given by your staff that our reservation could be met in a timely manner."

Review 23 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Myrtle Beach
"The only issue we had was with out reservation. We had a 6:30 reservation time and due to a 4:30 reservation group not wanting to leave we had to wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time. Due to the delay we were late getting to the Styx concert. This was very upsetting to us, we paid good money for these tickets and missed most of the first band."
