"The food was very good. But the service was below par. They didn't have a greeter at each entrance. People walked in and had to seat themselves. Only seen one waitress. The place was not crowded."

Review 3 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"We came here before a show and did the pass the line deal where you spend $20 per person to pass the line for the concert. It was a great deal! The happy hour goes from 4-7pm and was GREAT. It was almost hard to get it to $20 a person and we each had 4 beers and dinner! Great service, good food and great prices. This all started my awesome night!"

Review 5 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"The food was amazing. My sister and I ordered off the happy hour menu, which had a great variety and was priced perfectly. I would definitely recommend going there with a group of friends for happy hour or dinner. We ate in the dining area which had a delightful ambiance, but the bar area looked really nice too...it was very full though because of the concert that night."

Review 6 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"worst food we've ever had. we went down for dinner before a concert and ordered the voodoo shrimp, steak & chicken street taco's, & the chipotle corn chowder. not one thing was good. Apparently it doesn't pay to have their menu revamped by a renown chef when their quality control isn't in play. the tables could be a little bigger and it was a little to dark as well. The staff was very nice though and the décor was cool."

Review 7 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"Pretty decent New Orleans-inspired food. Usually attracts a party crowd there for a concert, and music (good music, at least) play constantly. Definitely an "event" restaurant, not a place to go for a quiet eat."

Review 8 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"Spinach dip is very spinachy but it was good, the chips could have been a little fresher though. I ordered the pulled pork and while I prefer a BBQ sauce, the tomato sauce wasn't horrible. I didn't have any complaints overall and since we spent enough money we got pass the line passes (which we ended up towards the end lol). Overall, good experience. The cheesecake was delicious!!"

Review 9 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"We had never dined at a House of Blues before! We were pleasantly surprised. Food was great. Our family had Salmon, NY Strip and a Burger. We asked the server what people come back for and he highly recommended the chicken. We had chicken the night before so opted for something different. Also, the best surprise of the night was the "Pass the Line" option if you spent $20 per person, you got to get in the "Pass the Line" line for the concert. We were the fourth group to get in. Our daughter showed up late for the concert. Doors opened at 7, we got right in, she didn't get in until an hour later."

Review 10 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"The hostess seemed confused when told of the reservation; she told us to wait in the bar, since we'd arrived 10 minutes early, and said she'd come find us at the reservation time. She did not. I checked on table & she said it was ready, then led us back to a table in the bar, where we'd just been. Did not get approached for 10 minutes after that. It took about an hour to get two burgers and fries. Burgers were fine, but not spectacular. The band in the bar was good, but the noise level was crushingly loud."

"had a great time, took a little time for food, food was great, I will say, your girls that are dropping of food NEED to know there table numbers!!! we got someone else's food, and happen to notice that when bringing out the food couple of the girls did'nt know where to go, we had ordered the same thing minus the french fries, but thought the kitchen made the mistake, our server quickly made a recovery for the other table. The food was really good, thank you, I would go back."

Review 21 for Crossroads at House of Blues - San Diego
"This is in the House of Blues. The food was good, but the service was spotty at best. I had the Lobster Mac & Cheese. Served in a cast iron skillet. The lobster meat was plentiful and not rubbery. If you are going to a concert, and you spend $20 dollars. Make sure that you get your receipt stamp as it will allow you to cut the line."
