"The four of us ordered completely different types of meals, and each one of us were quite pleased. The pesto flatbread-outstanding. Lentil soup delicious, as was roast beef sandwich. Pulled pork sliders, very good. As was the mandarin steak salad. Our server was the BEST. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and most accomodating. Will return soon."

Review 2 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"My girlfriends and I enjoyed the outdoor seating at House of Blues. The patio seating was comfortable and as out of towners we enjoyed the unique area of the city. Fresh salmon was wonderful. Great meal. And it was greatly appreciated that the management read our request to get to our 8pm show on time, and served our meals with plenty of time to eat and get to the theater. The only complaint we had was that others stood a few feet away from the fenced patio to smoke, but that was beyond the restaurant's control."

Review 3 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"We had a wonderful time. The food was great, drinks were good, and our server was very attentive and friendly. The only downside was this. I tried to make our dinner reservation for 7:00. We were going to the House of Blues to see a 9:00 show. When I placed the reservation on line, it said from 5:00 until 7:45 was booked. I made our reservation for 7:45. When we arrived at 7:45 there were plenty of empty tables. Because we waited until 7:45 for our table, it caused us to miss the first 15 minutes of the show."

Review 8 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"Wow! Ok, so walking to House of Blues with my wife and 3 kids, 17, 13 and 9, was a bit interesting. We were harassed by local cleveland youth. Not the best experience for our family. But upon walking through the doors at HOB, we were greeted warmly and the entire staff was professional, helpful, welcoming and I must say, this was the nicest place we visited in Cleveland! The food was crazy good too!! We arrived around 530, and went early on purpose because we were with our children. Cleveland isn't super kid friendly toward evening on a Friday night."

Review 9 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"Fun restaurant with great food. We had food vouchers for the concert. Warning: the restaurant staff was not well informed on how this process works. You have seats if you pay for the food voucher, so, unless you want to stand in front of the stage, there is no reason/need to get in the "early entry" line (for people that simply ate at the restaurant pre-concert). The staff had no idea..."

Review 10 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"We ate here prior to seeing Eddie Money...the place was hoping...very noisy, almost hard to hear...I've eaten here before generally before a concert cuz they offer a pass the line option..although it simply puts you into a coherent line and you still wait...pretty dumb.....the wait staff were behind cuz of the volume of orders...I noticed several people got uhf wrong orders and my gf ordered a naked salad and it came all dressed up and she had to send it back....if I want going to a concert I'd probly eat somewhere else....
I definitly would not go there if I wanted a quiet romantic dinner.."

"Ambiance was very nice. Getting in to see the concert before the general public was also a wonderful perk. Appetizer was wonderful. Received a chicken salad with raw chicken. Not so good. Reordered and had to wait a significant amount of time."

"Great place to go before a concert! Since my boyfriend and I spent $40 for food, we were able to have priority access to the concert, and we ended up being right by the stage! It was great."

Review 13 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"If I had to write eveything that happened to us from my husband not being provided a chair in a half empty restaurant, to the manager serving us, because we never got a waitress, it would take up a whole page. So dissapointing. I was needing a nice night out. Food was amazing, they need competent staff that at least has some what of an IQ. I actually went up to the waitress after 20 minutes of not being greeted or brought drinks, and she STILL did not come over. We were told we were "somehow overlooked" and "it happens" how does that "happen"?!?!?!?!?!?!If it wasn't for the manager, we would have actually been unable to eat there. I don't even know what to say about that, except wow. And so much for getting to the show on time."

"We chose to eat at Crossroads at the House of Blues to take advantage of the priority entrance into the show before the general audience. We ended up having a great time at dinner and enjoyed the food very much. I would highly recommend the jalapeño cornbread to accompany your meal."

Review 21 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"Was looking forward to HOB - Cleveland, as we enjoyed our visit to HOB - Myrtle Beach. However, this experience was vastly different and I do acknowledge that we were dining on a Friday night at 7:45pm. I anticipated a crowd, but not an unruly crowd and unusually high level of noise. My order of the Applewood Wrapped Meatloaf was disappointingly dry and grainy. The mashed potatoes were good, but the sugar snap peas were overcooked and slightly greasy. My friends seemed to enjoy the Mac & Cheese and half slab of ribs. "Sip" our server was very good, friendly and provided good service. I might consider visiting HOB - Cleveland again, at a different seating time, but there are too many other great restaurants to try first."

"My daughter and I kept going "M-m-m-m-m-m" with every bite of our meals. My 12-year-old grand-daughter told the server, "This food puts me in my happy place". My lobster-mac-n-cheese was superb. The dessert (chocolate cheese cake) was excellent (shared it with G-daughter)."

"i did not think the food, in particular, would be very good at all at House of Blues but I was pleasantly surprised. I did not really want to go there to eat before our show, but I'm glad I did because, I will go again. Our waitress was great too. Very friendly and attentive when needed."

"The portions were small for the price. I had the mac and lobster. It cost me $21 and was about the size of a small fist. My wife had the trout and 2 very thin and small pieces. The price was better for her's only 16.99."

"Great food at reasonable prices. I'm going to make it my sure spot for dining before shows at the House of Blues because of the "Pass the Line" feature: for $20 per person (food & drink purchases applied toward this amount), you get entry into the venue via a back hallway 15-20 minutes before doors open! Never worry about getting good seats again!"

Review 32 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"Not only was the food excellent and reasonably priced, the House of Blues far exceeded expectations (first time at a H.O.B.) The service was top notch and everyone was super-friendly. Also, they let us know that if you spend $40 at the restaurant you get to "pass the line" if you are also there for a H.O.B. concert. This was awesome, as we didn't have to wait out in the wet snow and freezing cold and were some of the first people into see our favorite musician and staked out a spot just a few feet from the stage!!!
Love it and would go back to Cleveland H.O.B. or any other city H.O.B. without hesitation!"

"The food and service were excellent. We started with their signature cornbread and followed with St. Louis ribs and Lobster Mac & Cheese. The meat on the ribs was easily removed with a fork and tasted great. The lobster meat was perfectly poached and the mac & cheese was a perfect companion. A personal visit by the energetic manager was pleasant. We'll return on our next Cleveland visit to take in a show and another fine meal."

Review 46 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Cleveland
"I had occasion to go to the House of Blues in Cleveland for the first time and hang out in their restaurant while my teenagers attended the Marilyn Manson concert. I was greated by a fantastically friendly waitress who walked me thru the specials & menu and even helped me find a specialty drink to my tastes. She was an awesome server! She checked on me quite often & chit-chatted a little since they weren't busy and just made my evening! When the restaurant was closed & I was wondering what I was going to do until the concert let out another employee came & asked if I was waiting for kids in the concert & led me to the Cambridge room where myself and another mother made ourselves comfortable. I couldn't have had a better evening :)Thumbs Up!"
