"The food was good, very good.. The location and ambiance not on the level expected...not intimate and friendly and therefore overpriced.. For me, the menu was way too big. The first thing I thought was no way could one chef make so many different pastas ...by hand, each day !!! The size of the menu was overwhelming. The service needs to be more upbeat and friendly (the hostess served warm white wine) Because of these things it was overpriced and we may not return."

"The service was okay. The food on the fatty side, lots of oil. Wine list was bargain priced which was nice but pours were small, get a bottle. The manager/hostess acted as if she had never heard of open table. I was surprised to see the points had posted. Probably not going back there again. There are several other excellent Italian restaurants nearby."

"Our first time at Le Donne and not our last. We fully enjoyed the food and service - terrific.
Restaurant is a bit noisy, but we felt it sort of complimented and supported a festive atmosphere.
Don't think we got our waitress' name - tall, fit, blond, tony tail, fit looking. She understands the term "service".
Again, we LOVED the food (and we're Italian decent)."

"We were seated by a friendly hostess on the outside patio (as requested) that rather unromantically looks over the vast parking lot of a poorly-lit strip mall. And there we sat, parched. We eventually called a bus-boy to request water. Finally, our seemingly stressed server appeared initiating a process of ordering and supply that was listlessly chaotic. The food was mediocre to plain poor. My papardelle bolognese consisted of congealed pasta interlaced with a grey, gritty homegenate that I pray was not dog food. The rest of the dishes did not rise much above this. Both management and food prep appeared pretty clueless. I felt ashamed for taking my party here in the first place; just could not access any reviews om my smart phone."

Squeezed inside and facing the parking lot outside.

"We invited friends out for dinner and made a reservation for 5 (per the confirmation we received). The restaurant reserved our table for 2. We were finally seated, but waited a very long time to be acknowledged by our server and much longer to have our order taken. It was an hour after being seated that we received appetizers. The food we did receive was alright, but we had to endure cigar smoke while we ate because there is a smoke shop next door. I will not go back."

"Things have changed and not for the better. We had dinner here last year and my husband loved his Veal Parmigianno...loved it. Not so much this year. We took friends with us with great expectations and were very disappointed. His Veal was good, but not great. My Bolognese was just average...nothing to go back for. It took over 45 minutes for our meal to be served. The waiter was very apologetic...clearly problems in the kitchen. The restaurant was quite crowded on a Tuesday night in March. We won't return."

"Small, noisy restaurant with decent food and large portions. It's a few steps above chain Italian restaurants, but the ambiance is a bit lacking. The hostess was a bit rough around the edgess, more appropriate for a New Jersey diner than Italian dinner restaurant. The waiter was rushed and thus did not check on the table that often. As long as one is not expecting a quiet, romantic dinner, this is a decent option on a Saturday night."

"The restaurant was possibly understaffed the night we were there as we waited a very long time to order and receive our wine. Once we placed our order, the food came out blazingly fast - which leads me to think that our dishes were pre-cooked and microwaved. The tables are very crowded and ambiance resembles a darkened cafeteria. Prices are very inexpensive which may be the reason why it is so popular. We won't be rushing back."
