"We had a reservation for 4 ppl, and were crammed into a small circle table which deterred us from ordering a plethora of small plates and sharing, having all dishes on the table at one time. Having each small plate brought out one by one made us feel like we needed to rush through each plate. Not how we had imagined our dining experience which was too bad, because the food was great, and it has been our "special occasion" restaurant for 2 years now. It would have been nice if it were just the two of us, but we brought another couple to share in the experience. Bummed."

"We came for Memorial Day weekend. There is plenty of seating but need more servers during busy time. Restaurants boasts a sushi and maki rolls menu than fish. Great for groups and kids."

"10 minutes early for my 7: 15 p.m. reservation, I waited over five minutes to be acknowledged by a staff person. There was no one at the host/hostess desk. When the greeter arrived I provided my reservation information. To my considerable shock, the greeter said, "Still only one?" In my decades of dining I've never had the all too common prejudice against solo diners so rudely engaged in. I was seated at the table furthest from the center of the dining room next to the busing station -- at least a dozen other two-tops were empty. The table was the only one in the room that was missing its candle; and to heap insult onto insult, I waited 5-7 minutes without being offered a beverage, or even greeted by a server. I left quite disappointed."

"We went to Mystic for the first time, just a few days ago. As part of our planning, we made reservations for Go Fish. We are so glad we did. The food was great! The restaurant was clean and the decor was vibrant. Our server was friendly but, not as knowledgeable as I thought he would be in such a fine restaurant. I would highly recommend Go Fish and would make it part of any future visits to Mystic."

"I was told that this place would be a special treat. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the food, service, and decor. It had in its favor close proximity to the local sites & plenty of open tables (probably a sign of what to expect). The kids enjoyed their fare."

"Overall this is a good restaurant. we eat here very regularly and have some favorit dishes, sushi is usually a good bet. This is also good when dinning with someone who is not a real sushi fan, plenty of other options. while my sushi was good, my date found the seafood pasta lacking in its usual flavor. the sauce was a bit thin on consistancy and flavor - not typical of the normal preparation.
service is usually quite good."
