"Had a reservation, but had to wait 15 minutes while the front desk person talked on the phone before she bothered seating us. Noise level was unacceptable - couldn't carry a conversation at my own table. Yeah, it's a sports restaurant, but not an arena!
Was our second time here, and may be our last."

"Our first trip to Mannings left us with a good experience. It was exactly as advertised. Casual and convenient to our Hotel (Harrahs) we shared the evening with 2 other couples. The menu was full of mid priced New,Orleans styled dishes with a decent wine and beer selection. The waiter was very engaging and helpful. We will definitely return."

"Great service with good food. Loved the sports theme and big screen TVs everywhere. If you want to watch sports, you won't want to miss the large movie screen with recliners area. If you are a football fan, you don't want to miss seeing the memorabilia in this place. I had the stuff quail special and it was very good. Reasonable price too! Archie Manning and his wife Olivia were even in attendance the night we were there!"

"This place was a little different than I expected but a nice surprise. Being a sports bar type atmosphere with a huge screen to watch your favorite game in the comfort of a recliner definitely peaked my interest to try it ( I just need to find out how to get into those seats). I had a great view of the action, menu was well done with the food being slightly above average. I had the prefix option with an appetizer and stuffed quail which, as I said, was slightly above average but nothing fantastic. My biggest complaint of the evening came from the extremely slow service. I was seated for about 5 minutes before anyone came by to get my drink order and then another 5 before actually getting to order. Not bad other than that."

"Maybe the worst service I have ever experienced. Could never find the waiter. Another waiter even went to our waiter and told him we needed our check and it still took 15 minutes to get it. It was a slow night so it wasn't like he was over worked. The manager came over and said she would "find" the waiter. I told her "good luck". She never said she was sorry or did anything other than go back and tell the guy we wanted the check. When he finally showed up there was no "sorry", just dropped the check on the table. I would be embarrassed to have my name on this restaurant. Incredible."

"Being huge NFL fans, my husband and I were happy to discover Manning's shortly after it opened in the spring of 2012. We live in California and have been visiting New Orleans at least once a year. Back in NOLA for French Quarter Festival 2013, we headed to Manning's for the great food and fun atmosphere -- and to watch the Master's on the huge screen. I loved the crawfish salad special! We had the opportunity to meet and talk with owner Archie Manning, who was very gracious and hospitable. We will definitely eat at Manning's every time we visit the Crescent City! If you dine there, look for Archie. He will be happy to have his picture taken with you and chat about his great QB sons Peyton and Eli."

"Food was fair- except for sliders served on "croutons" that were too hard to even bite through! It is what it is, I suppose: a celebrity owned sports bar. The tv viewing is great, but if your service is abysmal - our poor waiter was clearly working too many tables in too many section, we had to cancel a dessert order because after 30 minutes it still hadn't arrived- I'm not sure it's worth the time when there are so many other great places to eat and watch a game or two."

"My husband an I rarely ever get to have a date night since we have a three year old little girl. We have been to Manning's before, last year in August for his birthday. It was to die for. We distinctly remember the alligator sausage sliders and were really looking forwars to thosethis visit but upon arriving found out that it had been taken off the menu, so we were a little disappointed but ready to find oit what was new. My husband ordered the soft shell crab sandwich which as far as flavor paled in comparison to my redfish dish. His was bland and mine was flavorful. The biggest complaint is that for a $25 dish I would think that the shrimp tails would have been completely peeled. I had to dig through rice and gravy to pick them out."

"We loved the sports atmosphere and our service was awesome however the food was just okay. Archie's burger didn't cover the bun and the bacon was limp. The steak, I was told, you could get at any chain restaurant. However, we loved the atmosphere, we will go back to watch a game and have lunch."

"What a thrill to be eating dinner and Archie Manning walks into the restaurant. From what our waiter said, that happens alot and it added to an already fun evening. Although the restaurant is a bit loud (it is a sports bar), I loved the atmosphere. The food was really good--fairly typical sportsbar fair, lots of fried food but a good selection of entrees."

"This is a fun restaurant. We were there on a Monday night, and there were no big games on, but I imagine this would be a great fun place to be to have a few drinks and watch a game. They had a varied menu with local New Orleans influence and everything was well prepared and tasted good. We were with our 16 year old daughter and we are all huge football fans and Eli Manning fans, so we loved the photos and memorabilia all over the restaurant."
