"Our reason for the trip to the HOB in Dallas was for a concert. I purchased the meal pass along with our show tickets and couldn't of been happier with the dining experience. The staff made sure we were taken care of at all times and were very friendly. We will definitely be returning for the amazing food and service!"

"As soon as my grand children and I walked in we were graciously greeted and seated. Food order was taken right away. The corn bread was out of this world, so was the macaroni and cheese. The service was busy. The entertainment was spectacular. You should get her again. I will come again; marisela, I think. Everything good"

Review 4 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"I took my boyfriend here for a surprise little date night. The waiter was very knowledgeable about the food and what we may like. He recommended the Voodoo Shrimp as an appetizer which we loved. We did have a problem with our entrees. Our food came out at the same time but my boyfriend’s rigatoni was missing the chicken. I finished my whole meal before he got his chicken which I thought was unacceptable. We ordered a drink it took so long to get it we had to get it in a plastic cup so we can make it to the concert that was being held at the House of Blues. Although we had a few problems the food was really good and the wait staff was very nice."

"I was having dinner alone that night waiting for a concert to begin. My waiter took VERY good care of me (thank you Marcus!) and kept the experience very enjoyable. The food was delicious, margaritas perfect, and ambiance uplifting. I will definitely return to Crossroads and will recommend it to friends."

Review 6 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"Arrived about 20 minutes before reservation and was immediatley seated. Ordered drinks and then appetizer/ entree. Appetizer arrived after 15 min and 3 min BEFORE entree. One entree was too spicy to be eaten - reordered a burger and sweet potato fries - it was delivered with regular fries so had to wait on what was ordered. The other entree (lobster mac and cheese) was very bland. We ordered key lime pie-very dry-and bourban bread pudding which was the best menu item that we had. There were apparently many mistakes with the kitchen that night as our server apologized several times to both tables around us. The restaurant did replace the meatloaf entree at no charge and visited with me about the flavors so that was handled very well"

"This is a great deal when you are attending a concert at HoB - spend $25 & get into the concert venue first! I ordered the street tacos - they were REALLY good but only came with 3 small tacos. A side of beans would have been perfect. I was still hungry so I helped others polish off their bacon wrapped meatloaf that was out of this world! It is always a GREAT time when we get to go to HoB!"

"Made reservation to enjoy the food and the ability to 'pass the line' for Big Head Todd and the Monsters show (AWESOME) Service was fantastic, Food - Pulled pork sandwich and the shrimp and grits were both great. There's a lot going on in the building, place your food order, grab your beverage and go walk around and check it out - your server will make sure your table will be there when you get back."

Review 12 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"I felt they didn't have enough staff on hand to handle the crowd for such a famous artist. This artist has been selling out venues all over the US. The staff was shorthanded which caused them to be pulled from one end to the other and frustrate customers because we had to wait. The purpose of you guys making us spend 20.00 to skip the line we should be able to get in, get our meal, eat pay our tab and go. The food was not worth me spending $20.00. I will pass on skipping the line if I decide to attend another event at that venue. Then also can you pass this on to mgmt. Next time they decide to have artist that will take pictures after the concert they should also have a beter process in place for that. It was a nitemare."

Review 17 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"I recently dined at Crossroads at the House of Blues before a concert. I have dined here before, years ago, and I must say that there has been a GREAT change from my first experience. I mean this in the most positive manner. From the moment you are greeted by the host to the end of your meal you receive EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They constantly picked up remnants of trash from our table (sugar packets, straw wrappers, etc) leaving it spotless. The food was absolutely delicious! Every single item we had was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, perfectly UNIQUE. I highly recommend Crossroads and I can't wait to go back!"

Review 18 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"We ate at Crossroads because we were attending the Ben Rector Concert later. If you spend $20 each, you don't have to wait in the line outside and you get in ahead of the outside line. The food was good but not having to wait in the cold was even better. I'll eat in the restaurant every time I go to a concert. Great service-there were 10 of us. Great food-no one complained and everything was eaten or put in a to-go box. Had a live musician singing on the stage while we were eating, adding fun to an already fun night."

"Variety of food on the menu, and everything was extremely tasty! The waitress was helpful and very knowledgeable. The only downside was the live band that was performing kept us from much conversation. Will definitely make Crossroads at House of Blues our pre-concert ritual from now on!"

Review 21 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"Waited over 45 minutes for two dishes, neither of which included meat. Although the manager was apologetic when we were finally able to bring it to his attention, the waiter didn't seem overly concerned with how long we had to wait. The manager comped our soft drinks. Ran into a guy after the concert and we were chatting about the slow service, and he said when he complained repeatedly his party's whole ticket was comped. We would have complained more than once, but never got the opportunity since our server seemed to be purposely avoiding our table and all attempts to make eye contact to ask about our food."

"Had a pleasant experience. Food was better than expected for an entertainment-based venue. Bread pudding was excellent. Street tacos were vibrant and flavorful without being just hot. Music (open mic?) was pleasant."

"It was a first time for my bf & I and we were there for the Lindsy Stirling concert. Our host was very sweet and helpful to our questions and the food was good. I had ordered the shrimp po boy and I will honestly say that was the most shrimp I have received on one of those :). The only problem we had was receiving our food it took about 30-45mins which made it hard for us to get a good spot for the concert."

Review 28 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"This was disappointing all around. Not being from Dallas we chose the restaurant solely for the preferential entry for a concert on site. Waste of time. Totally unnecessary. Only Pro: Staff was friendly but forgetful. Cons: Staff was forgetful or kitchen screwed up... ALOT; Service was slow but this was least of our concerns. We had time to kill; Food was terrible. I ordered the "Juicy Lucy" hamburger . It was supposed to be stuffed with cheese, topped with bacon, bbq sauce and pickled jalepenos. I asked for the jalapenos on the side, which they did get right. Cheese was a slice on top of an overdone dry hockey puck. If there was BBQ sauce, I didn't taste any and maybe I had a bacon ? bit ? . Definitely not even a single strip of bacon."

Review 30 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"Stopped in for dinner on the way to a show with my wife. We enjoyed the food but after it was delivered our waiter seemed to disappear. We ended up asking another server to bring out check. Our only other complaint was the noise level. I have no complaint about listening to live music while enjoying a meal, but when the show is run so loud that I cannot hear my wife sitting 2 feet away, it is beyond too loud. I checked a dB meter on my phone and it peaked at 107 at one point. I would expect this volume level for the main venue, but not in the restaurant."

"One of the most miserable dining experiences I have had in forever. Service was beyond horrible. Food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, some food wrong which was after all rounds of drinks were wrong. Positive was the food was tasty even though we had to inhale it in 15 minutes since we had to catch a concert."

Review 33 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"We dined on Fat Tuesday. A Mardi Gras menu "deal" was presented. My companion ordered it. Gumbo was his choice of a starter, and they were already out at only 5:30 PM. A server brought tomato bisque without even telling our waiter. Several items were no longer available. The food we did order was mediocre at best: skimpy jambalaya with no rice, blackened fish, not spicy, just bitter. The vegetable was the best item. Our waiter gave fantastic service and was embarassed by the kitchen!"

Review 34 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"Horrible experience. The food was so bad we didn't finish it and didn't ask for a replacement, for the fear of what would come next. The server, took our order and brought us the bill, other than that we never saw him. It was so loud you could not have a conversation without yelling to one another. All they had to do was turn down the base and the musician on stage would have been heard without, overwhelming the entire area. We will not be back."

Review 37 for Crossroads at House of Blues - Dallas
"Only thing good was the music playing while we waited for our food. Went on a Monday, we were seated at 5:22, ordered drinks and food at the same time at 5:31. Shrimp tacos and a club sandwich. Our food arrived at 6:07. Very disappointed that it took over 30 min to make food that requires little to no cooking (shrimp). We were starving so I figured everything would taste fantastic. Not the case. The club my daughter ordered was blah. The fries were actually good, and fresh. My shrimp tacos were terrible. I ordered shrimp and avocado tacos. Didn't see any avocado. They were spicy, but not good spicy. Just an overbearing pico flavor, couldn't taste anything else. A Dr. Pepper, coke, shrimp tacos, club sand, 1 Hurricane bev = $46 bef"

"I thought the service was nice, the food was well done. The only complaint I have was that the entertainment, the band, that was placed on stage was EXTREMELY loud, the person with me was two feet away and we had to lean in closer to each other just to hear what was being said."

"The music is great but the food not that much. I had a lot of expectations since is chef's Aaron menu but the taste was very dissapointing. I asked for a Citrus chicken and it was too spicy, they got crazy with the sauce... my wife asked for a mushroom burger and didn't like it either."

"The food was good and we got a discount because we had tickets to a show right after. The wait staff was excellent, attentive but not hovering. What we didn't like was the noise level. When we first got there, the music coming from the speakers wasn't too bad but it got louder as patrons came in and by the time our food came, we could hardly hear each other across the table."
