"This trip to Papa Razzi was certainly not the best. Having been many times I have become quite familiar with the menu and food. This location is typically good, though I have had my fair share of bad experiences. This particular occasion offered nothing special. The most disappointing part of the meal was the service. The waiter lacked enthusiasm and offered the bare minimum without being completely awful. He seemed to be a bit short like he did not want to be there, at times it was almost to the point of being rude. The food my guests and I had was prepared correctly and tasted good. No reason to complain there, but nothing to outright praise either. Overall, the meal was good but had potential to be better. Try it for yourself and decide."

"The service was impeccable quite an improvement from my last visit. We all had the special but had it tweaked a bit to each suit our taste. There was no issue changing anything. The waiters were great and very accommodating."

"Frequent visitors with the BENE card. The food and service bring us back, the perks are just gravy. We eat here about once a quarter and we're happy to recommend it to friends and family. Always a pleasure and if something's not perfect, they make it so."

"We held a last minute, impromptu, anniversary party for our elderly parents, and mom is wheelchair bound making it difficult to find comforatable seating. They were very accomadating. They provided a lovely table, they catered to our picky food requests and they attended our every need. Several of us had the rissoto of the day and it was delicious. We were there at lunch time, so it was "lunch size" but it was also priced right. Very nice place, good food, great service"

"Went to this place for the first time in years for a family dinner. We all enjoyed the food, which is much better than your average chain restaurant, but the standout was the service. We had several young kids in our group and the staff was accommodating of our requests-- and did so with a smile. Having never been here with kids, I wasn't sure what to expect, but they have a pretty standard kids menu; the restaurant was busy and loud enough that the noise of our kids didn't offend other diners."

"I went for a Sunday brunch with an old friend I hadn't seen in a while. This was my first time at Papa Razzi.
The service was excellent...10 out of 10. The waitress was very patient with us (we talked for a good 10 minutes before even opening the menu). I ordered the French Toast -which came with a complimentary mimosa (double, triple bonus points for that!). The complimentary breadsticks were delicious. The food itself took way longer than expected to come out. I was a little disappointed with my meal - the french toast was not served with any syrup.(seems like syrup should be an automatic?). That made the meal a little "bland". Otherwise, my experience here was good. Next time, I will order something else."

"Pretty poor experience. Waiter never told us about the specials, he didn't bring any bread to the table, but the most upsetting was the glasses he seved my kids milk in; glass for a 3 and 5 year I looked at another table and their child who appeared older had a plastic cup with a lid. The food was ok, not very impressed with the pasta dishes."

"The Brunch here is usually a family favorite but we have noticed that if we go to large restaurants like this on Sunday afternoon, the food is sub-par. My mother and I got the same meal and my portion was double hers. They also cut my steak before they brought it out so it got dry and overcooked. We love the bread and the standard Brunch items, but don't go on Sunday afternoons."

"We had a group of 6 people with a 7PM reservation that was made via Open-Table. When we arrived at the restaurant, our table was not ready. We had to wait for at least 15 minutes at the bar. At that point, we were informed that a table was available that would accommodate our party, but it was a very tight squeeze. (All of our knees were touching at the round table.) The table service was fine ... and the food was delicious, but I would have expected our table to be available (and better!) after making the reservation a day ahead of time."

"We sometimes forget this is in our area. Always a great dining experience at Papa Razzi. Spacious dining areas. However the table we were at was pretty much right in a walkway and against another large party, but luckily chairs weren't bumped. Service was great. Food and dessert were excellent. Always a pleasure to go there."

"We chose Papa razzi -Concord for our Valentine's dinner. We've been to the Papa razzi in Burlington several times and expected the same level of satisfaction. The service was very good. The food was mediocre. I had a mushroom tortellini and the tortellini were hard - the sauce was bland. In the middle of the room sat two moms with four children. They were very loud (mostly the moms and one child) and very rude. That made the ambience similar to a Friendly's. We had a 5:30 reservation and the traffic there and back from Billerica was horrible - really bad. The staff was wonderful."

"It's always a treat to go to Papa Razzi-Concord. On a busy Friday night, our party of five was waited on like we were the only guests in the restaurant. Exceptional service, never left wanting for anything but never feeling smothered either. In addition to the delicious standards on the menu, there is always something tempting from the specials. Considering the quality, everything is priced well, including the wines. We go often enough as a couple or as a family but this is also our go-to spot for groups. There aren't many suitable dining alternatives in our area but Papa Razzi earns our return business every time."

"This Papa Razzi is a regular spot for us. The food is reliable and very good. The service is good to great and the management really works to do a good job. It can sometimes be noisy and some of the table locations are poorly thought out, but I have to give it an overall thumbs up as an excellent Italian restaurant that is way better than all of the usual "red sauce" places. We regulary take friends there and they are always pleased with the experience."

"My first mistake was not specifying that we were bringing two small kids (8 & 7). When they sat us in the bar I had a feeling this would be a less than desirable experience. Out waiter was obviously overwhelmed with the number of tables he was servicing during the night because his visits to our table were few and far between. Drinks were left empty too long, entrees came out too late after we were finished with the salad and appetizer courses. I think that if my wife and I were alone it may not have been that big a deal (except for the drinks being empty) but when you're eating with kids you can only entertain them for so long. It's too bad because the first time we went it was much better."
