"The ambiance was nice, the staff was very helpful and polite. The manager was really genuine and helpful as well. Food was great! I had the sea bass and really enjoyed it. Crab cakes were really good too! We went for mother's day and I would go back again. Thanks Just!"

"Our experience was a memorable one; the food very enjoyable, very tasteful.. The service was good, but the main entree took a little longer than we would have liked. "I have been to Just several times and felt this is a good time to review the restaurant. This is a great find in the area of central Jersey. There aren't many good choices for food, except for Just. The restaurant has exceptional food and amazing service. It's a shame that many more people don't know of this restaurant. Dishes that I strongly recommend, Spicy tuna cones (tuna tar tar in sesame cones), drunken clams, Wagyu ginger meatballs, Donut burger with amazing truffle fries, steamed pork buns, boneless rack of lamb. Don't forget to order dessert! My favorites: fried Oreos, old fashioned donuts, and last but not least the ice cream pops. Just try the restaurant, you won't be sorry. Everything is very reasonably priced."

"We enjoyed our dinner at Just. My drunken clams were the hit starter of the evening although the ceviche and tuna cones were enjoyed by my friends. The waygu burger that I had to follow was OK although pretty dry. Two of my dining companions had the tuna burger which required that they ask for some condiment to make it edible and not so dry. The tuna was nice but unseasoned and uninteresting until some "tuna mayo" was brought.
The bar was another issue. They mix nice drinks, but need to learn to make martinis COLD rather than just above room temperature. My friend and I had to ask for ice to add to our drinks. Probably chilled glasses would help. All in all the experience was good but some kinks still need to be addressed."

"This place has everything. Very lively atmosphere, great smiles from everyone that works there. Made everyone in our group feel comfortable from 10yrs old to 74. Even the 18yr olds said they are coming back with their friends. The food was presented to us on par with the finest restaurants in NYC & the taste was was equally spectacular. JUST does more than prepare a fine meal, they take pride in every dish as if it were its own piece of art cooked & designed on the plate JUST for you. The dessert menu teases your taste buds with memories of your childhood with dishes being accompanied by cotton candy, & ice cream cake pops. We had both steak choices, boneless lamb, & free range chicken. Everything was fantastic."

"We stumbled upon JUST picking it blindly on OpenTable when trying to find a restaurant that was conveniently located between the two of us. We were both very happy with our meals, wine, and service. The wine list was small but had a nice selection that was well priced. We had the spicy tuna cones which were excellent. I had the braised pork shake and my friend had the NY strip. Both meals were very good and had excellent presentation. To top if off we had the carrot cake pancakes for desert. The dessert menu looked like one of the most interesting parts of the dinner menu. The creativity and presentation make this restaurant very unique find outside of NYC. It should be noted that it is a little loud with the music."

"JUST not good! Tables too small & lined up in rows. Felt like a classroom. Music- annoying constant beat like a bad club. Bar too close to tables & bar crowd- loud, obnoxious. JUST not romantic or classy at all! Moscow mules & appetizers (edaname and choppedt) delicious. 3 managers and over 10 wait staff- we were ignored! Had to wave down waiter to get another drink. Entrees took forever! One of the managers quickly said sorry it was all their fault. Well, it wasn't my fault! Mistakes happen but managers have to fix it. Nothing was offered to us. Food obviously rushed-no sear on scallops. Pork- grossly under seasoned! Both sauces didn't work. Staff continued to ignore us! Didn't waste time or money on dessert. JUST not worth it!"

"A gourmet restaurant by any means, presentation, taste and service. A nice place to dine for a special occasion without driving into the city and at a reasonable price for that reason. "Everything about the experience was exquisite. The presentation, the service, the food, it all was five star. From the moment you open the door, everything is quality, well thought out and well put together. I dont think you'll find a finer place in Old Bridge. I've lived there 15 years. The only problem was that the place nearly empty! There were two other couples eating at 8pm on a Friday!!! Am I missing something here? It's an travesty that a place as amazing as this is not patronized. At the risk of sounding like I work for the place, eat at Just!! Be advised though that the price tag is befitting of the experience."

"Dined at Just for Valentine's Day dinner. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The noise level multiplied when the Real Housewives of Old Bridge sat at their table. Holy Hannah were they loud. I basically had to lean across the table just to hold a conversation. I would definitely recommend Just and will return again for dinner."

"The food is still very good; however, if you can recall when the wait staff had time to describe the menu, clean the table of any crumbs between courses, and deliver 'compliments of the chef' then you know how good it was. Now the business has increased earnings per table and seemingly added more of them so the experience is probably equivalent to an expensive diner with a hit or miss possibility of very good food. The Chilean bass was very good, the accompaniments to my wife's steak, not so. I don't know if this is the new norm at Just but it was on Saturday evening."

"Hidden gem - don't let the location throw you off. Food is well presented (Iron Chef-esque), very tasty, and the service was befitting of a fine NYC restaurant - our waiter, Patrick, was truly excellent and caring about our needs (how often do you remember a waiter's name a week after the meal?? That says volumes in itself!) Our favorite was the tuna tartare appetizer - the house made wrapper was phenomenal."

"My wife and I were planning a special evening together. We have seen the sign JUST from our regular route home. Inquired about it online and it seemed impressive. We decided to go for Valentine's Day. Much to our dismay it was not at all what we expected. The ambiance was nice, the decor was lovely, however that is where it ends. The staff wasn't knowledgeable about the food or specialty drinks. The presentation of the food was attractive to the eye but not to the palette. We did meet the owner/manager on an occasion the waiter couldn't answer a question we had on how a certain dish was prepared, he tried but it didn't compensate for all the downfalls of this dining experience."

"Really beautiful inside and very unexpected. Very happy with the wine list. A few of my italian favorites. Best tuna tartr ever and ive had it in hawaii. Excellent duck risotto. A lil pricey ie. $7 for pellegrino and $10 for ice cream but delicious"

"We found the food to be good, the service and staff very nice and accommodating. However, the cost was a bit overpriced (26.00 for one pork chop) and charging for side dishes seemed exorbitant (an additional $8.00). If the cost for dinner were more reasonable for the area, we might visit again."

"Restaurant that has the vibe of a NYC lounge w/o the bridge and tunnel. The attention to detail was amazing from the lighting, ceilings, and flatware.
I loved the menu. The waiter could not have been any better. The manager was attentive and friendly w/o being overbearing as some managers could be. I can not wait to go back and try other things.
They told us that they will soon have a happy hour with half price appetizers and drink specials.
The cucumber mojito was deicious!
My only complaint was that I was charged for water.
Be sure to ask for "tap" water or be charged $7.00 for "flat" water."

"This was our second time here and we were equally impressed the second time as we were the first! To find an establishment of this caliper in the vast wasteland of chain restaurants and 3 star want-to-be’s that litter route 9 and the surrounding area is really a find. It's a must try for anyone interested in a NYC style dining experience without the bridge and tunnel hassle.
