Bocholis has paid his dues in the industry, working with 4 "James Beard Award Winning Chefs", Bob Kinkead in Washington, D.C., Douglas Rodriquez, in Miami, back to D.C. with acclaimed Chef Jose Andres from Barcelona,Spain, & Charlie Palmer. Chef Bocholis, a C.I.A. graduated in Hyde Park, NY, has traveled & worked abroad in Madrid & Seville, Spain, Santa Barbara, CA & Isle de Margarita, Venezuela. Beef Carpaccio to Lamb Empanadas with Mint Mojo to Garidas Saganaki (Shrimp with Ouzo) are always a hit, don't pass on the Tuna Ceviche "Fire & Ice".
