"There was no mentioning of Mother's Day, even though we're not the only ones who came to this restaurant for this special occasion.
We've dined in the "Sage" restaurant before and liked it. This time we had seafood crepe that had frozen seafood smell and taste; trio of beef on the hot rock was not worth $29; apple tart looked and tasted as apple slices baked and thrown together.
The only decent entree was fresh Blue Point oysters. Is it possible that the chef had the day off?!"

"A pleasant atmosphere, superlative service, and less than mediocre food. Tasteless cold seafood, uninspiring sauces, and seared scallops that weren't seared. We drove over forty miles to the Sage for our anniversary, and left hungary."

"The food was good. We had a groupon and they forgot to add it to the bill. We ordered the hanger steak but it was not hanger steak. It was flank steak and under cooked. We ordered a flambe dessert, but it was not flambe. We told the waiter, and he said they did it in the kitchen, but we know the difference and could tell it had not been flambed. Overall, we had fun. The food was deliciius and the decor is nice. They have upscale prices but not upscale food or service."

"The experience was delightful. The food was excellent, I really enjoyed the steak and my wife enjoyed her lamb of rack very much. It is a place were I would surely go again. The desert was amazing. In overall the service was fantastic."

"I waited for the longest time to visit the restaurant. It was my wedding anniversary and I specifically request a corner because I don't like tables in the middle. When we walked in I felt lost due to the lack of attention at the door, then the lady that suppose to be by the front door finally show off and asked if we had reservation, without looking at the computer she asked my last name and continue walking. No smile, no welcome and not even looked for my request. The food is super delicious but customer service is not good."

"This is an enjoyable restaurant in downtown Hollywood. Food was unformly good. Service might have been a bit more attentive at times, but was generally good. Boeuf Bourguinon which I had was tender and delicious. Good idea of having choice of half and full plates which allowed ordering appetizers without having to take home most the of the main course."

"We have been to this restaurant many time but this visit fell a little short. Not very busy but service was a little slow although the waiter was nice enough. My husband had the snapper special and the fish did not seem very fresh. Had a strong fishy smell to the dish. My seafood risotto was good but didn't wow me. I think we will stick to the other Sage restaurant in Ft Lauderdale."

"I bought a Groupon for here and it was worth it! I could not normally afford this place but I wanted some place nice to celebrate my anniversary. Our waitress was wonderful and the rosotto was fantastic! Great for a date night and they have affordable groupons that give you a variety of options for dinner."

mushroom dish and a red beet salad. For dessert, we had an expertly prepared
apple tort.) The service was quite good, although a little too friendly to my
taste, but not obnoxious. The atmosphere was perfect, with white table cloths
and very low lighting. The challenge came when the singer started performing. His
microphone was entirely too loud, and after he began--and seemed never to take a break--
we could not easily hear each other speak. Apart from this and the lack of valet
parking, Sage is an excellent place to enjoy a slightly expensive, well prepared m"
