"Food was excellent. Appetizer portions are quite large, so it's best to order family style. The roasted brussels sprouts were outrageously tasty! The pastas were perfectly "al dente." This felt like old time, real world, authentic Italian dining."

"I have been to Corsino many times.
I suspect there had been a change not only up front but in the kitchen. My Open Table reservation was apparently never recorded because I received an email the next day asking why I was a "no show". Service has slipped. I had to ask for grated cheese twice, water glass filling twice and for silverware for my desert...also twice. The waitress had the annoying habit of addressing me as "hon"....this is not a diner.
I ordered the pork ragu on tagliatelle which I have had several times. The pork is supposed to be in bite sized shreads...this came out in chunks...more like a qoulash...not what I expected or wanted.
This may explain why the restaurant had several empty tables which I found a new experience."

"My fiancé and I were staying at the meatpacking district. For a short weekend, and I was lucky enough to stumble upon this resturant through open table and it was amazing! The food seems more on the healthy side at least what we ordered and the Brussels sprout and the hanger steak were wonderful. Next time we come back to NYC we will be sure to stop by again!"

"went there with three friends for a pre theater dinner. since it was the saturday after valentines day it wasn't our first choice... but the only place i could get a reservation. i really didn't expect much but ended up having one of those "memorable" meals.... my entree, a farro dish with squash was unlike anything i've ever eaten (and i've eaten quite a lot) and DELICIOUS. an appetizer of brussel sprouts was transporting. and the cocktails were terrific as well. and it didn't break the bank. i think we will all definitley go back. only complaint was that the desserts offerings could have been better, the panna cotta was terrific but everything else fell a bit flat."
