"Once you get past the bad service at the bar, the manager and the staff will yake care of you properly. The food was served hot and fresh. The scallops were large and tasty. I enjoy steak houses and Morton's on top of their game. Try the cheese cake for desert you won't be disappointed.
The bar ia very expensive at $14 for a TandT so save a little and get a bottle of good wine."

"Morton's never disappoints! Great steak, great atmosphere for groups or for two! One of my favs.
We were a large party, so we opted for a private room, which was great. Impressive. However, there is a lot to be said for being out in the open. I'm glad we tried the private room, but I think my friends would have enjoyed the ambiance more of the restaurant feel, if that makes sense.
Bringing your own wine and paying the corkage fee is the better way to go, if you're drinking wine. I had two glasses for $30! I believe corkage fee is $29."

"Although we originally had a reservation in the dining room, we chose to eat in the bar. Both the Angel and Ducks game were on and my adult children and I are huge fans. The waiter was friendly and service was prompt. We spent close to $500.00 on food and alcohol. The food was good. The appetizers were excellent (Shrimp and Scallops). My only complaint is with the willingness to take photos. I had asked twice to have a picture taken with my children, and although they took the photo they appeared put out. Although the food was good I felt that the value was not. I have had much better steaks at other steak houses for less than what we paid that evening."

"Service was excellent. Our waiter and waitress were very attentive, and there was another individual walking around(maybe the manager?)who was also very attentive.
-We especially liked the customized menu with Happy Anniversary written on it, and the complimentary anniversary photograph.
-The noise level was louder than we hoped, too loud I would say. because we were celebrating our anniversary, we were expecting a much quieter enviornment .
-Also, we dressed formal for this oocasion, but there were people walking around with jeans and t shirts, so it was kind of disappointing to see there was no dress code enforced.
The mashed potatoes and the shrimp were very good, but we thought our steaks(filet mignon and Ribeye)were average"

"Enjoyed dinner prior to our weekly trip to Disneyland. Waited a little bit before being sat which was expected being that it was Mother's Day weekend. Bread was amazing, filet and shrimp was mouth watering. We got a side of asparagus and cheesy potatoes. The potatoes were beyond amazing and the asparagus was not so appetizing."

"We felt totally at home from the first step inside of Morton's. The knew at the front that we were celebrating our 60th Anniversary. Everyone who came to our table said Happy Anniversary. The meal was wonderful, drinks and wine - ditto. But the frosting of the event was the service. Thank you for making our 60th the best evening of our trip."

"I had a great experience at Morton's in Anaheim. My fiancé and I went for our 1 year anniversary, the staff was so great to us. We even got our own little menus with the date and "Happy Anniversary" on them. They also took and gave us a free photo. It was my first time at Morton's and definitely not my last. I will definitely be going back and will recommend Morton's in Anaheim to everyone."

"I took my wife to Morton's for our five year anniversary and I was expecting a much quieter and romantic environment. Morton's seemed like a very upbeat steak house. Which is great but that didn't help my cause in trying to make our five year anniversary a romantic and memorable experience like the one we had last year at Ruth's Chris Steak house. Oh well, I guess I know where I'm taking my wife for our six year anniversary next year! :-)
P.S. It also doesn't help that our bill was almost twice as much as Ruth's Chris too!"

"We were particular impressed by your entire staff the friendliness top to bottom it appear that they were sharing our anniversary celebration and the personal menus bore that out a first for us. Got to give a shout out to our waiter Lauren this lady was awesome she loved on us more than it was humanly possible catered to our every request. "Morton's in Anaheim is one of favorite special occasion places. Expecially for couples since the portions of the sides, well everything for that matter, are sharable.
I had the lamb chops for Easter Dinner and they were so incredibly succulent. My husband the cold seafood platter, which was plenty after he had half a Morton's salad (shared with me), oysters, soup.
The Grand Marnier Souffle was also sharable and was terrif with a double epresso...

"Our service was amazing. Our main server was Luis (I hope I got that right - he deserves kudos). He was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. In fact, all the people we dealt with were very good. However, our food was disappointing. The bread is covered in toasted onions. The spinach salad is loaded with onions. The restaurant is so dark that I couldn't tell there were all those onions on everything. Customers should be warned about onions just as we are about peanut oil. Waaaay too much onion! My husband's prime rib was decent. Lemon souffle was barely lemon flavor - very sugary tasting and sugary feeling. This is our third time in as many years at a Morton's. We keep forgetting we don't like it. I'm writing it down this time!"

"The filets had no taste, I have had a better steak at outback or sizzler, the rib eye was very tasty but over priced at $55. The salmon was cooked just right and I am glad the waiter recommended the honey chili glaze on the side. The cheese cake was the best of all the deserts. Wendy did an outstanding job of letting us know the size of sides and keeping our beverages full. Next time though we go across the street to Ruth Chris for dinner."

"From beginning to end they made my 22nd wedding anniversary special. They printed a menu just for us saying Happy Anniversary. They took a picture of us and gave it to us at the end of the meal with a happy anniversary wish. Great service and very friendly."

"In town for a convention and I dined with customers at both Morton's and their competitor on successive nights. I have always been a big fan of Morton's and have eaten at their places in Boston, Pittsburgh, and Chicago before. While a steak here is always a great experience I must say I was a bit disappointed. I had the 12 oz filet and asked for medium rare and it was at least medium and not evenly cooked. The sides were tending towards medium well. The asparagus was, as ever, the best asparagus I've ever tasted, and so tender yet firm. The mushrooms, however, were disappointing. In the past Morton's has served a wild mushroom mix and now they only have plain old button mushrooms. Their competitor with two names beat them on the steak!"

"Long time customers of Morton's, the corporate transition to Landry's has not created any customer related issue. The enhanced menu is wonderful. I had the Short Ribs with Chicago Mashed Potatoes and extra sauce. Without any doubt, the best short ribs I have EVER had, perfect. Wife had the Shrimp and Filet, spot-on perfect. Wonderful meal, as always."

"Great location next to the Anaheim Convention Center. The bar was crazy with a good crowd of the current expo. Great to network and bounce from group to group. Our reservation changed at the last moment from three to seven but Morton's did a great job of accommodating us. The wood and wine were outstanding as always."

"I also wrote the same review for Morton's itself the day after the visit and have not even had the courtesy of even a call.
I took my husband to Morton's for his first time and he was disappointed. His steak was all fat and was left on the plate, the mushrooms and the spinach side was super salty as well as the lobster bisque ordered which were also left on the plate. People were there celerating birthdays Mortons staff was taking a birthday picture and giving it to the customer. My husband kept asking me at the restaurant when was he going to get his and that never happened. I just could not believe I went to the restaurant spent $250.00 and left completely dissapointed."
