'More fresh fish is coming to the island as Thierry Beaud, co-owner of Clematis' popular French bistro Pistache, and his group of Palm Beach investors are bringing life back to 251 Sunrise in the form of PB Catch...the restaurant space will feature locally caught seafood served in a casual nautical dining room, think "a modern yacht", accented with white-leather banquettes and mahogany floors.' - EaterMiami
"The food was very good. I had yellowfin tuna and it was fresh and delicious. White tuna tartare was the best I have ever tried. The service was ok, but everything was a little off. We didn't finish with appetizers and they brought a main course. They didn't keep the wine bottle on the table, but they also didn't watch closely if we need a refill, so I had to wave for awhile to attract our waiter's attention. They brought very fresh bread, but i had to ask a waiter to bring an olive oil. Just little things..."

"the variety of small appetizers of cured fish was excellent with a wide variety of aromas and textures. the main courses (tuna and mahi mahi) were ok but lacked a special touch."

"PBCatch is indeed a gem. Palm Beach needed another great restaurant and PBCatch fits the bill! When we arrived we were greeted with friendly enthusiasm and were immediately escorted to our table. (Nice to have our reservation time honored.) The menu has something for everyone and it was difficult to make a decision on what to order. A friend had recommended the sea bass so both ordered that. It was AMAZING!! We started with the jumbo lump crab for me and a caesar salad for my husband. Both were fresh and wonderful. We look forward to returning to PBCatch and trying the other selections on the menu."

"On our multiple return, we did not get dissapointed. The menu offered a variety of seafood dishes but a tuna roll on special was exceptionaly good. Then a skirt steak was another delicious surprise. Florida lobster tail (Fra Diavolo) was nice but somehow less tasty then Main lobster that we are used to. Overall a great dinner!"

"The food was very good. However, the service was deplorable! Had to find our waitress on more than one occasion, and even then she was very very slow...and they were not very busy. I would not return based on the service, no food is that good. FTM"

"I discovered this on Open Table, my long time resident family had never heard of it. I loved the ambiance, its beautiful white upholstery and chrome room with vibrant aqua photos was very cool and eye catching. It was something alot more hip than Palm Beach is in general and I loved that. We ate appetizers only, so it is difficult to rate the food. I felt the Stone Crab was not hyper fresh, but maybe I am spoiled. I would definitely try this again with my husband instead of my mother, I think it could be a great late night find it had a very cool groove."

"We were warmly greeted and had no wait to be seated on-time for our reservation, which was early evening. The decor is upscale, contemporary, with woods reminiscent of nautical theme. Our server was attentive but not overbearing, and she knew the menu and informed us of the specials and happy hour at the bar. They make a great Martini. The menu changes daily based on fresh catch. My wife and I shared a tuna roll which was incredibly fresh and loaded with tuna. Our entries (covina with risotto, tripletail with yellow saffron rice) were delicately prepared with nice presentation and were scrumptious. Some other reviewers have noted a "Palm Beach" attitude here, but no sign of that for our experience."

"great ambience, food was fair and way overpriced for what we got. Fish was chewy, rice bland. everything with sauce even though menu didn't mention a sauce. We sat near the bar and the live music was so loud we could not talk. Waiter charged us for 3 salads. we caught it on the bill. would not go back. this restaurant needs to match the food to the prie."

"Tuna tacos were outstanding. The burger you can keep. Service was underwhelming. I had to ask for multiple things twice even though it was a quiet night."

"Good food and excellent service. Could have brought everyone's meal at the same time instead of a 3 minute gap between the first two meals, and the second two meals."

"We've eaten here three times before and had enjoyed our food, but last night the food was fair at best. My husband said his swordfish was rubbery. I had the tripletail and the presentation was awful and not at all artful-not what you'd expect at a restaurant of this so-called caliber. The coating on the fish was soggy. The flavors unevenly distributed in each bite, and mostly bland. The flavors just didn't come together. We will not be returning."
