"If you like real Prime Steaks then you must try this great Orlando ICON. Now an independent location (they did not go to the publically traded route with the rest of the locations). In our opinion this is the best out of all locations nation wide. Now the original family owned Christner’s only means that it is better in every way. We had appetizers for the table, salad, sides and then a to die for 20 ounce prime filet that we shared; cooked “double Pittsburg medium rare” is the best steak opportunity in the country! This is a special occasion restaurant for us and we are always thankful that we made the trip! Keep up the great quality and service! We will be back!

"Both myself and significant other enjoyed our dinner with Christners. The food was good and the ambience for the occasion was excellent. My significant other was really surprised upon arriving to the location and was taken a back by the great food and service. I would definitely return for another great occasion."

"Husband and I were celebrating his birthday. No complaints on anything at all. Ordered a "side" dish of broccoli au gratin for $11
for the two of us to share. Very, very disappointed in this dish!! Very little broccoli and too much, I would say at least 90%, of this dish was the stems of the broccoli. Also, very dry. Stems were very hard and tough. Very difficult to cut even with a steak knife. This ruined the whole dish. My suggestion would be to use only the florets of the broccoli, steam them, and then combine with other ingredients. Also, don't skimp on the sauce. Au gratin should be creamy and cheesy, not dry. I will not get this dish again for $11, too much for a dish we could not eat and enjoy. Thank you."

"We went here to celebrate our anniversary and it's worth every penny! From the entrance to exit, the service and food were first class. Every worker was friendly and professional... Stacy was so nice and helpful with deserts choices, we ordered three since we could not decide! Victor and his staff made us feel welcome and like we have been there multiple times even though it was our first visit. The food was outstanding, one of the best prime steaks I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The temp and texture were perfect. The lobster mac and cheese ...outstanding! Broccoli was perfectly steamed. Clean and cozy, beautifully decorated steakhouse. Honestly, an excellent meal and we will return for sure!"

"We were basically ignored due to the large groups in the restaurant. The service was terrible and one of the appetizers was over cooked and almost uneatable. We left after 45 minutes of feeling like we were a nuisance to the wait staff."

"Del Friscos is my favorite steakhouse in the world. Christner's has been affiliated with Del Friscos for more than twenty years and was formerly named Del Friscos. Better steaks and seafood can't be found anywhere and as usual, the service is superb. The interior is classic 'steakhouse' with warm woods, leather & white table cloths. The wine list is outstanding. For something a cut above a Mortens, Ruth's Chris, etc., try this place."

"Our first time at Del Frisco's but have always heard great things about them. Took my wife for her birthday and it was everything good that has been said and more. Quality of the steaks were some of the best I have ever had anywhere, staff was great and service was impeccable. They do not rush you, but also don't leave you waiting for service. "Best steak dinner in Orlando! Seafood and Lobster are great as well. The bread if fantastic, side delicious and desserts huge. I been to the competition and Christner's is a step above.
Only downside is it can be loud, but that can be part of the fund. Private rooms for good size dinner parties are nice as well."

"There is no other place to get steak in town that is a good as this. Don't waste your money on steak anywhere else. I'm not a huge fan of the sides here, and the cake comes with way too much icing, but what is left is tasty nonetheless. Orange cake rocks. Don't fill up on bread, merely taste it. Don't order too much, your wallet will thank you. No need for a doggie bag, if you clear your plate. Stick with steak, skip the sides, and you'll be satisfied each time. Value in the steak is #1 here!"

"I had not eaten at Del Frisco's for about five years, but have pleasant memories and had heard current, excellent reviews.
I was looking forward to my return.

Despite having reservations, the greeter had a "deer in the headlights" reaction to our arrival. We had to wait a lengthy period of time, despite the fact that there were few customers, most were attending a party in a secluded room.
Although the restaurant was almost empty, a party of four, who had too much to drink, was placed next to our table near the piano. Their loud and boorish behavior, made it difficult for us to enjoy our conversation and our dinner.
The price of our dinner was almost $400 for three people which included steaks, a salad that we split and a $56 bottle"

"Outstanding meal. We were in Orlando and had dinner with our friends who selected this restaurant. Frankly we were a little concerned because the friend that I grew up with that selected this place has very little taste in food. But we went with it. The server named Brett was excellent. The crab cake appetizer was tremendous. Truly outstanding filet mignon. Much better than the NY Strip. The sides (corn, onion rings and some type of potato) were very good. The desserts were sublime. Really a lovely meal shared with dear friends and it made me think that maybe my old, dear friend actually had some taste in food."

"Unfortunately the experience was not as expected. To be placed in the bar with two TV's and a 12 person group up close and personal did not enhance our dining experience. Our impression was we were corralled into a small area to accommodate the staff. We attempted to provide our server the latitude that we were in no hurry and to allow us to enjoy our meal. This seemed to work until the large party departed. Our plates and glassware were quickly picked up and presented with the check, no offer of desert, coffee or after diner cocktail. This type seating and service can be excused for fast food, not four $$$$ dining."

"Particularly enjoyed waiting at the bar, seated around the piano. The pianist was excellent, personable and very accommodating. He even gave one of our guests a mike and accompanied him on the piano. A good time was had by all."

"The service was outstanding. Right from the valet to the table you will be treated like royalty. Food was great, I had a prime porterhouse and my wife had the prime strip. Apart from a steak made by me that was the best steak I have ate ever. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends."

"Took my son for graduation and were not dissapointed. Sat at the bar and the barkeep set us up with the perfect bourbon to start the evening off. We saw the fried oyster appetizer and ordered one. They were fantastic.
We proceeded to our table which was old style padded booth. Lightning is low but adequate. Waiter was prompt and walked us through our options. We chose a 22oz Bone In Rib Eye and 12 oz Australian Lobster. The rib eye was cooked perfectly. The lobster was good but prefer Maine lobsters which are a bit sweeter. The asparagus were dissapointing as they were thin and I expect the larger ones at finer restaruants. Perhaps availability is a problem? We also had a side of the au gratin potatoes which were very good."

"Del Frisco's may not be well known to those who are not local, but those of us in Orlando know it well. Del Frisco's is without question the best steakhouse in Orlando. Expect a classic steakhouse menu, well executed, and served by staff who know how to treat their guests well. Del Frisco's is one of our favorite special occasion restaurants and we are frequent patrons. For a great steakhouse experience in Orlando, you can rely on Del Frisco's."

"Consistently good food. We always get the same thing when my sister comes into town. Only wish they had the 18 or 20 ounce lobster tail :-(. But the 12 ounce was still good, as usual. Peppercorn dressing is THE best around, and we always order two of them. Meat is always cooked to order, and our favorites are the filet and the New York strip. Looking forward to next visit."

"Very disappointing for a first time patron. The server at first seemed uninterested but redeemed himself at the end. However the food was the main disappointment with the exception of the dessert which was fabulous. The lobster bisque lacked presentation as it came out just a bowl of orange soup no garnish and your food experience begins with the eyes. The asparagus was under seasoned, a bit under done and still had the woody ends. The strip steak was not tender and I ordered it medium rare which it was and I had a very difficult time cutting it. However, the flavor was good. The experience we had would definitely disappoint a foodie."

"The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, knew the food. We were in a group of six and half of us had seafood and the other half had the steak. The steak was better. the seafood while plentiful tended to be bland in flavor. The portions were huge."

"The ribeye steaks ( ordered medium and medium well) were flavorless, tough and charred. Blackened grouper had no flavor and was extremely over cooked. We have eaten at several fine steakhouses and by far this was the worst. We sent back one steak and switched it out for lamb. We also sent back the fish and didn't order anything else for fear the replacement would not be good. The person with the other ribeye wanted to return her steak but felt bad to do so because we had returned the other meals. The appetizers (fried oysters and calamari) and lamb chops were great. However, this is a fine steakhouse and we expected the steaks to melt in your mouth."
