"Despite the crowds, we had a lovely experience at Brio- Perimeter this past Sunday. The wait staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. They seemed to handle us with ease, despite being packed. Brio is one of our favorite places to go, and we love the many food options they have there. We did not sit outside that day but we do love to sit on their patio overlooking the lake."

"We enjoyed our Mother's Day dinner at Brio and found the staff to be helpful and attentive. I changed the reservation from 6 to 7 people the day before - no problem. Then we ran into traffic and I called to say we would be half an hour late, they were happy to change the reservation. When we arrived we only waited a few minutes. Great service and food! We will be back for special occasions."

"The staff could not get anything right----How about a salad that was to include chicken, and no chicken was included!!!!!! Had to ask for the chicken
The tenderloin salads was also mixed up----one was ordered medium with salad dressed, one medium rare with dressing on the side-both of which brought to the table incorrectly.
No supervisor came to the table to apologize and when I called the next day, my call was not returned. I do NOT recommend."

"Chicken piccata with mashed potatoes and Italian bread with an authentic San Francisco sour dough taste. It's hard to understand what happened to the Tuscan part of "Brio Tuscan Grill". Menu selection, presentation and cramped nuance help distract from the slow and confused service. Noise was maybe 10 decibels short of painful"

"Food was good but service and management were poor. It started with hostesses who did not know where they were going to seat us. They led us to a table that was still in use and then brought us back to the front and told us to wait. It was at least ten minutes before we found a manager to help us since we did not yet have a server. By this time, the table across from us was seated and had their drinks before we even got ours. We ordered apps, one salad and our entrees. After eating the appetizer, the server brought two salads to the table. One minute later, our entrees showed up, while my wife was just beginning to eat her salad. Service was poor and management poorly ran the restaurant."

"This is one of our go to places that is pretty consistently good. We didn't have the greatest experience on a previous dining evening, but this time made up for that. We had a great waitress and everything was delicious. We were REALLY happy to see the addition of a smaller size carpaccio appetizer. We love it, but the original is so huge for two people. This new size is just right."

"I did not realize that this was part of a chain and was a little disappointed in the overall tastiness of food. It really did not taste like food from Tuscany. The portions were huge, but it the food reminded me of a Macaroni Grill. The restaurant is very large, and even though the restaurant was almost completely empty when we arrived, the greeter sat us in a section near another couple and later seated another couple at the very next table even though the restaurant was still pretty much empty. I didn't understand why they didn't space us out. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't really good either. I won't go back."

"just not good at all. service was nonexistent, as well as messing up my order. The server used the term, on the house if I wanted a salad while I waited for a corrected entree. I hate that, use something that sounds nice , like, with our compliments. Food was just bad!"

"Consistently great food. Salads are terrific and huge. Tasty and good service almost every time, at worst it's OK but waiters seem to have a bit too many tables at lunch to be consistent. It's a great location for a business lunch when you want to talk to a client."

"Went for Easter Sunday brunch. It was Ok but not great- Server brought coffee but no saucers, no spoons to stir in cream or sugar. My husband's bruschetta was beautiful and VERY tasty. My omelet was just ok... Have had better experiences at this restaurant in the past."

"We were a party of 4. 2 of us ordered off the lighter side menu. I found those items to be a bit on the bland side. The steak & tilapia. The other 2 ordered crab cake & salmon entrees off the regular menu and both were very tasty. We had spinach dip as an app which came out cold barely Luke warm."

"While the food was wonderful as always, and I will dine at Brio again, I found the service to be slow, and inattentive Our primary server was so busy that my colleagues and I spent far longer enjoying each others company than we had planned. Our anticipated 60-75 minute dinner turned into a 150 minutes mindless chatter while waiting for service. I don't think this was necessarily because we were overlooked, but because our server was so busy, she had to use a team approach to meet our requests, and that resulted in many delays."

"I was extremely disappointed in Brio. The food was bland if not poorly prepared. The pasta was barely al dente and had been sitting under the heat lamp too long before it was brought to the table. The chicken was pounded out to paper thin, over cooked and extremely dry all for a $17 plate? I don't think so. The appetizer was suppose to be spicy shrimp and eggplant. It was extremely salty and not a single shred of spice. The service was spotty. At times we were fawned over then we wouldn't sit on an empty glass of water for 30 minutes without a single visit from our waiters. Extremely neglectful. The ambiance was nice but with such poor food and substandard service it failed badly. Macaroni Grill is easily better in every regard."

"We always enjoy going to Brio. On this occasion we went on Sunday at 12:30 and discovered at least 80% of the parking lot is now posted as valet. We had to park on front of PF Changs and almost missed that it wasn't valet also. Normally the first and second rows in front of Brio are valet, the third and forth rows would be for self parking. I have to believe there has been a change in management and/or a change in parking policy. I am not exactly pleased with the new parking arrangements."

"The service and food was very good. Brio now has reduced calorie dishes for the people who want to eat lighter. Same delicious food, only a bit smaller. I went for the regular food.......Veal Milenase (my favorite)
Thersa (our server) did an outstanding job because she knew it very well. I respect a server who does an outstanding job when put to the test. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants perect service."

"I did not enjoy my experience at Brio. I was expecting more but came away with less. The host kept forgetting what we had asked him for (we were a party of 6), then the host exchanged his service with another hostess who was not exactly rude but was definitely cold. Not a great experience. We were celebrating a 50th b'day party and Brio was the b'day person's choice. The food was mediocre to me but the b'day person enjoyed it so that's all that matters I suppose. I know I will not be coming back."

"My wife and I invited another couple to meet us for brunch. I chose Brio solely based on great experiences with the Buckhead location. The Perimeter location was a complete embarrassment. I will never dine there again. The service was slow. The restaurant was not crowded so there was no reason for the slow service. It took ten minutes for my friend to get a glass of wine. When our food finally arrived it was cold and rubbery from sitting too long. The only positive at this place was the valet. He was the only one who made our party feel welcome and offered great customer service."

"We had been here for lunch but not for dinner in a long time. Food and food choices were very good but the best part of the evening was our servers. They were more "mature" than in most restaurants and truly made us feel like they wanted us to have the best experience possible. They were knowledgeable and friendly but not obtrusive. We lingered at the table longer than usual since we were with people we hadn't seen in awhile and we never got the feeling that they were anxious for us to leave.
It was a very pleasant evening."

"We were very disappointed in our dining experience. The restaurant was busy but not overwhelmingly so. Took a long time to get our wine. Then the entrees came before our salads were to be served. And we never got the salads. Then we were charged for them. The server seemed harried and confused (his first night?) The manager apologized and gave us complimentary desserts. This experience was unfortunate because the food was good. Our previous experience was marginal also. We won't go back again."

"Saturday night party of seven. A long time before the first course arrived. In came the salad and directly after it came the main course. To say food was average is two kink. Pasta sat under a heat lamps too long. Hard and dry on top. Desserts were 20 minutes after ordering. Waitress was embarrassed. Management type person could care less. Clearly not capable of handling crowds."

"The service is always great at Brio's adn the food is typically very good. I had a fish entree and the fish was not good, so I did not eat it. I was surprised that the waiter did not ask me what was wrong with the fish since the side dish had been eaten. I will return to Brio's again, but will not order fish.]"
