The Kailua Town Pub and Grill provides an English-style pub atmosphere located in the heart of Kailua Town. What’s unique is that the restaurant is separate from the bar area, so you can choose to dine in the cozy café or kick back in the pub.

"Have been to the pub on numerous occasions, now, and always get about the same experience. That's a pro for some, con for others. Appreciate the consistently decent food. Nothing fantastic (although the fries, of all things, are quite tasty), but always enjoyable. The nacho appetizer on this visit was superb. Not everyone has Guinness, so that's a bonus, if youre a fan. They're beer selection overall has a nice variety.
Same basic menu for as long as we've been coming. Atmosphere is a bit dated. No kid menu, per se, but kids welcome, and some choices appropriate even for our picky one. Service is acceptable, seldom stellar, seldom below average. Overall, a decent place to go. Nice to know what to expect."

"Fun pub scene and atmosphere. Really good pub food right in the middle of Kailua. We have eaten lunch here several times and enjoy your sandwiches/lunch menu. As always the fish and chips are great. We enjoyed your pupus and everything we ordered. Great potato skins."

"We went on St. Patrick's Day for a second year in a row. Last year we had no problems, because even though it was crowded - we had an Open Table reservation. This year, 2013, we again had a reservation, but were told they don't do reservations, so we ended up waiting for a table for over 45 minutes. I think what the guy meant was that they don't do reservations on St. Patrick's Day. But, the yearly corned beef and cabbage was very good, and a good bargin for the price. Considering the crowd and noise, however, I think we will stick to going to this restaurant any day but St Patrick's Day in the future. They have a really good steak dinner plate I recommend."
