"This is a fabulous restaurant, especially for introducing sushi to someone new. We took two couples and they absolutely loved everything about. It is very pricy, but well worth the experience. The food and service are consistently a 5 star rating. Love this place!
The Ahi Tuna Tower is a must have!!!"

"First time in the newly expanded side room. Wow, this restaurant is huge! It's another whole restaurant behind the bar. Nice, too; less activity so it's more relaxing. Same great food, same great Thomas to serve us. Also had lunch there last week....2 for 1 sushi!!!!"

"Great menu selection, very well done specialty rolls. My wife and I usually get sashimi pieces when we go out for sushi and found the Blue Fish's to be very good quality, texture and flavor. I'd highly recommend their potsticker appetizer too. We look forward to coming back!"

"Blue fish is easily my favorite restaurant to go to for sushi. Always great! The staff is personable and informative and the managers always make sure to stop by to table touch. As someone in the restaurant business, I know that they are headed in the right direction.
You know a restaurant is a good one when they welcome you! My grandmother and I arrived late one night this past week twenty till closing (I know, I know. Shame on us) and Tall, blonde and handsome Justin greeted us and took care of us with out rolling his eyes. Just one more great experience to add to the books!
If you are searching for something fresh, new, and hoppin' you must try bluefish!"

"We ordered and it seemed like the food started hitting the table in just a few minutes, and our server was very gracious. Hats off to the chef. I think I had the best beef fillet ever! "We always look forward to a meal at Blue Fish! The sashimi is always fresh and delicious, and the sushi is always beautiful and tasty. Our favorites are the crab summer rolls, pan-seared crab potstickers, Ahi Tower and all time favorite is the Sundae Roll. Our last visit was a disappointment however, as apparently the pan-seared potstickers cooking method has been changed. We were told a new chef changed the recipe and unfortunately, we will not be ordering them again.
Having said that, we always recommend Blue Fish for great sushi."
