"The food was excellent. Our Waitress Jessica was wonderful. My only issue was the length of time it took for the food to be served. Everything was freshly made and tasted fabulous, but you really can't be in a hurry and go to this restaurant. It would also be too long of a wait in between courses to have small kids there."

"Our server, Jessica, was perfect. Very knowledgeable, engaging and attentive. Everyone remarked on the lovely decor and criendly waitstaff. I came for the caviar, so I was very happy. My husband got the miso soup which was served cold. His Pasta Bolognese was lackluster and lukewarm. The salad he got was uninspired. I got to taste 2 other dishes, the California Roll and the Lobster Bisque (warm to hot) which were both excellent. I would advise diners to stick with caviar and sushi/ sashimi."

"This is my second time at Osetra and I decided to take my family for Easter because of the great service I experienced on my first visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and just awesome. The owner always comes out and greats the guest. The food was amazing! They just added a sushi chef and extensive sushi to the menu it was really a delight and a wonderful dining experience."

"all of the other restaurants on Fifth Avenue were busy busy and busting with customers. Especially those with outdoor seating. We walked in 20 cetera and we were the only people in the restaurant. The menu had changed from the 1 that has been posted on the Internet. they had to pasta dishes which were good. 4 main courses and a new sushi bar menu. This restaurant seemed lost, it seemed to not know who or what it was all about. It actually made us sad."

"Defintely not a family restaurant. Restaurant was changing to new menu and hasn't gotten new menus prepared. Selections were limited. When we finally were served food was very good. Waiter was attentive the table but wait for food was entirely too long -- over an hr after taking the order. Would probably need to check out menu before dining there again. This place is a wine and champagne bar -- therefore no other liqueur available."

"I took my Mother and daughter there for dinner. We waited for our food for over an hour and the order was incorrect. The asparagus and potatoes were over cooked. They were hosting some VIPs on the night we were there. They treated them like kings and we were ignored. The menu listed in the site was different than what was being offered. We won't be returning."

"We dined with out-of-town guests on Sunday evening - fabulous meals and Jessica is an outstanding server -- gracious and efficient!!Chicken picata, chicken milanese and grilled salmon all cooked to perfection and were just delicious!It's a favorite Naple's dining venue for us. "Excellent food. My wife has tuna tartar and crab cakes which were incredibly fresh and delicious. The lobster bisque was rich and creamy, I wanted to swim in it. My chicken piccata was very tasty and I'm not a big lemony kind of guy. Jessica is a great waitress and beautiful person. Ask her about "The Giving Tree". The meal took awhile to be served but it was cooked to order and definitely worth the wait. As a real bonus the musical entertainment at the restaurant next door was great! Sit outside and take it all in."

"Was there in march 2012 and had the very best lobster bisque with whole 6 oz lobster tail floating on top. Flash forward to march 2013. Soup served with a couple of pieces of lobster in bottom and soup barely warm. We returned with guests specifically for this fab soup. Extremely disappointed. The filet mignon with asparagus and potatoes was tasty as was the goat cheese salad"

"The restaurant ambiance was fair. The prices were expensive for the quality of food. Because it avertised champagne and caviar bar allowed them to be a high price restaurant. The lobster boullabaise was $17.00 with almost no lobster. I would not return."

"Kitchen could not support the business. The wait staff tried very hard to compensate. Food was good but not worth the wait. All of our party was not served at the same time making it awkward to eat. Since we were only four people this was not excusable. We were served at the very last even though we were seated earlier than others."
