"We went to prime bar for a birthday . We sat outside along with what looked 40 people. There was on waitress for all these people. Needless to say service was awful. took hour just to take a food order."

"We made a reservation for 6. When we got there we were told by the hostess that when reservations are made through the web they only hold a table, regardless of size of party. She originally was going to seat us at a table for 2, maybe 3. The menu was Mis leading. The food was ok, however it was not how it was described on the menu."

"horrible, disappointing and embarrassing. I had only been to primebar for a few happy hours and always enjoyed them.
I made reservations to bring a few friends who have never visited Primebar expecting to have a fun night out. HOWEVER I WAS SOOOO WRONG!
from the rude hostess to the non existant server. what a mess.
we were there for 2 1/2 hours we had to flag several people down to place a drink order and then flag someone down to place a food order. the food never arrived! the first waitress was so rude because she had 3 tables.. 3! get out of the business.
thank goodness for Candy, she was the only helpful, friendly staff member.
I am still in shock at the horrible experience. I was considering Primebar for a corporate event"

"This is becoming our new brunch spot. Villa O struck out for the last time last month. We travel in a large group and love how Primebar always has a table for us without the hour and half wait Villa O imposes (with a reservation I may add...)."

"Horrible service for so-so food. Waitress disappeared before taking any order - including drinks. After 30 minutes, we had to ask the hostess to find her. No drink refills unless requested, oh wait, we had to ask for something other than water to drink. Waitress forgot to put in to-go order. Food wasn't prepared as requested and was marginal, at best."

"Dropped in at 6pm on a week night for a bit to eat before an event. The food was great, but the music was so load that it took the waitress several mintues to take our order. Come on man, this is a bar restaurant not a concert! We will not be back, not because of the food and drink just because it was WAY to loud."
