Owners Vincenzo and Caterina Varriale redefine hospitality by welcoming you to their newest venture, Aqua Blu Kitchen & Cocktails. This one of a kind bar and restaurant offers an eclectic variety of dishes, uniquely vibrant and friendly service in a chic yet sophisticated atmosphere. Under the culinary guidance of Chef Oscar Toro, our menu offers a seasonal modern twist on American cuisine influenced by international fare. The invigorating space is made up of multiple dining rooms, two full service bars and a lounge. "food was good not great but the portions were very small so don't go there with a big appetite!! Bar was lively with a decent duo playing. I think next ime i'll eat elsewhere and stop there after for a drink and enjoy the crowd"

"AWFULL AWFULL AWFULL After being seated we didnt see a waiter for 15 minutes and thats when I had to call him over. He took our wine order that took another 15 minutes . He brings the bottle of white we ordered and seemed annoyed when I askede to put into something to keep it chilled oh by the way a bus boy got me the chiller. After a decent app we sat for 20 minutes when the waiter approached with a second bottle of wine saying they lost our ticket . Called the manager over said I would pay for the app and wine and was leaving. She refused payment. I noticed many entrees people ordered sitting on the pass for 10 minutes or so before waiters delivered them to tables."

"This was our third time visiting Aqua Blu and was so excited to be going back. However, I have to say this was the only time we were disappointed in our meals. Not sure if there has been some reorganization in the kitchen, but our entrees were bland and whatever sauces accompanied them did not do anything to fix the problem of a tasteless entree. Next time (if there is one), we will stick with the less complicated items on the menu, like the delicious salads and yummy looking pizzas and wonderful wines, and leave the grossly overpriced entrees and desserts to others. Sorry to say this, but being truthful."

"Aqua Blu was good. Despite some other ratings I've seen, all my and my wife's food was cooked and seasoned very well. I also thought the prix fixe for Valentine's Day was reasonably priced.
When we first arrived there, they had a couple of guys singing lounge hits. I love that. I love the music and they weren't bad singers by any means. What I didn't love was the volume. I think most people would agree that you're looking to not have any music so loud you can hardly converse with your dining companions (especially on Valentine's Day).
Our server was also less-than-attentive. She came to grab our order, but the times she refilled my wife's drinks seemed to take a while (~5-10 minutes each time).
Overall, though, a real nice place!"

"Server was great. Their oysters & minuet sauce are delicious. Hage was not our favorite as it was a bit bland, but their dishes are generally delicious, so this was not typical."

"My meal was very good but my friend's was very bland. No salt or pepper on the table. I get that if a meal is done right it shouldn't need additional seasoning; however, her meal was NOT done right and no amount of salt could fix it. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Had heard good things about this place but we did not have an excellent experience."
