"I liked my meal and my daughter liked hers but my wife's meal was only warm from sitting out on the counter too long. It had to be sent back and re-heated. She felt the meal was just average. My wife didn't like her cocktail and sent it back for another. But the first drink was an experiment. I like Brios but she doesn't and she said she will never come again. this was her second bad experience at Brios"

"Took awhile to get water or drinks after we were seated. Food took a while as well. Food was good, but this brio didn't have the same feel as others I've visited."

"The buckhead location has a greater variety of seating. We had a group after a graduation so we were dining at an early hour. They were very accommodating and the variety of dishes fit all palettes."

"I usually NEVER write anything negative...but was looking forward to something that we did not receive. Believe this was do to our server doing double or triple duty with a party in the private room. Service was incredibly slow. My daughters Caesar salad was warm and sort of wilted. The peach arnold palmer came correct the first time then just peach and lemonade the second time (I added the tea from my glass). The Pear soda was wrong the send time as well..missing the sugar rim and the lemon. The meals when they did come were enjoyable. Overall - over 2 hours for lunch...the salad came off the bill and about 15.00 dollars was added to make it a bit more palatable.
Won't be going back to this one...other Brio's have been top notch."

"Love the experience of this restaurant. The food is flavorful and fresh. The Margherita Flatbread, Pasta Sausage Pomodoro, Shrimp Verduta and New York Cheesecake are wonderful! The decor is lovely and the lighting perfectly low for a calm experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and attentive. This is our third visit and we look forward to our return."

"First time at Brio and very pleasantly surprised. Brunch was very good; would only add that the risotto/chicken dish was very tasty, but had VERY little chicken in it! The rest of my family's meals were delicious. Would return there again!"

"This is our third visit to Brio Tuscan Grille. The food has been consistently delicious (the pork chop, caesar salad, and Pasta Sausage Pomodoro are a must). The decor is lovely. The service is consistently friendly, helpful and attentive! Freddie, the Server, was wonderful!"

"I enjoyed my visit and loved my meal....and it was a little energetic because of the prom scene....but that was entertaining too. Brio is one of my favorite places. Haven't tried the bar scene....so can't comment. Might have to try."

"Very slow service. Had to send the food back because it was cold. The waiter was sincerely apologetic and offered us free dessert, which was nice. But probably won't go back. No one came to take our drink order for 10 minutes. We asked for bread several times, but no one brought any out. Our lunch took about an hour and a half."

"The food is always really, really nicely done. Fresh, flavorful and consistent. Love the salads, terrific seafood and chicken. We go back time and again and are always pleased with our decision."

"The food was excellent. The noise is atrocious! We will not be going back there except for perhaps a 3:00 lunch when there is hardly anyone there. Eating out is to promote conversation, not stifle it because you can't hear what your dining companions are saying!"

"This was a wonderful experience. The menu was diverse, and even those in our party who weren't big on Italian were very satisfied. It was roomy yet cozy, intimate yet inviting. Everyone, from the customer-oriented valet to the warm goodbye from the receptionist, was focused on making this a pleasure to be shared. I can't wait to return with new acquaintances or the great friends present at our introductory experience."

"The lobster bisque was delicious! The rest of the meal was only average. The waiter, while very nice, was unfamiliar with her job. Had to be asked to bring bread and didn't seem to know that a salad is generally served before an entree. The bar was out of Wild Turkey bourbon and it took a long time to find a substitute. It was raining when we came out and we had to walk about 30 ft in the heavy rain to get to our car when the valet brought it - there should have been umbrellas available........."

"Food was great, especially the caramel cheesecake, and it didn't take forever! Our waiter was not great. He had a terrible attitude and no personality. I would go again."

"The food was great; however, our server (and others) seemed new although very helpful. What they lacked, the management team, which was readily available and eager to assist, was there at a moments notice. The restaurant itself could use a face lift, but it does remain in classic taste. I love Brio and look forward to my next visit!"

"My wife and I went to Brio as a day night. We ordered and when the food came out it was different than we ordered. We order filets cooked medium. Instead strips cooked very well came. The management took care of it and fixed two filets. When they came out, they were cooked very rare. They could have gotten up and walked off the table. So they went back too. Tower the story short. Our whole meal including deserts and coffee were taken care of. We did not have to pay for anything. The service and management was excellent! We will defiantly go again."

""Light Brio" menu was great. Enough food, bright, fresh tastes on veg and salmon both. Also heard good things about the lemon chicken. Freddie, our server, should get a patience award for dealing with our many questions, and taking care we got exactly what we wanted. It was a nice evening for us four women."
