"My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary with 17 family and friends at this restaurant and the evening couldn't have been more perfect. Since it was a Friday night, our guest were treated to the all-u-can-eat seafood and prime rib buffet as well as specially selected items from the menu that we had chosen. EVERYONE raved about the food and the service. The table setting was beautiful, too. Thanks to the Hilton staff, tt was a perfect evening celebrating a milestone with people we love."

"Was not expecting 20% gratuity to be added on for a buffet. If coffee was $2.50 extra we should have been told. I wanted a nice place to get together with my co-workers and informed all of them it was going to be $15 a person and had quite a few upset people when they recieved the bill."

"for a Hilton I was kind of surprised by the way the restaurant looked. our server could have been a little better but she was still good. we will definitely be back for the prime rib and seafood buffet. it was amazing. they do need to find a way to keep the desserts chilled though. they became a melting mess as the evening went on."

"There doesn't seem to be adequate words to describe how pleasurable it is every time we dine at this restaurant. The staff are friendly, courteous, efficient, professional and they make guest feel welcome. We are always greeted with a smile and they cater to any special food prep requests we might have. I highly recommend the Sunday brunch and of course, the Friday night prime rib and seafood buffet. Both are well worth the price. Thanks to Kim, Gail, Omha, Aster, Tigi, Melissa, Moolah, Brent and Teddy. Kudos to all of them."

"Food was very good in general. They seemed short on help, or not prepared for the business. Could not keep up. Only saw oysters once, crab legs were cold, shrimp were huge at begining, got smaller as the night went on. Went to get a new plate, there were none, twice. Reservations were at 8 PM, seemed to be starting to close down when we left at 9:15 PM. No one at sushi table, and pickings were slim. Prime rib was good, but had to wait to be sliced, because person was restocking other area. For the money, it was not worth it."

"This is my 3rd time coming here. This is by far the worst. I eat there mainly for their sushi. This time their selection was very limited. The sushi chefs could not keep up leaving the whole sushi bar just about empty. The family loves sishimi especially salmon and tuna, we were very disappointed when we were told they are out of both. My wife doesn't eat their hot food there, she's not a fan of red meat, their hot foods are very limited in selection and just a disapointment. So I ended up paying $35 for her to eat fruits and couple bites of desert. It's a great place to eat if they aren't busy. The dining room can't handle anything busy."

"We went for valentine's day, so there was a prepared menu, $34 per person and a choice of 2 items for each course. It seemed that of all the courses there was one choice that was really good, and one that was simply okay (ironically my girlfriend picked the better item each time).
A great spot for valentine's day dinner, though I can't say how it is during the rest of the year
Overall it was a pleasant dining experience, the staff was friendly if a bit rushed, though it was a holiday."

"The Prime Rib and Seafood Buffet at "The Dining Room - Columbus Easton" was excellent in all respects. I got far more than my money's worth from all of the seafood -- especially the raw oysters and the sushi -- on which I gorged myself. I was especially impressed that the sushi table contained many of my favorite (and expensive) kinds of sushi, including hamachi, sweet shrimp, salmon roe, and even uni. With food this good and plentiful, it is easy to ignore the ever-present wait staff, who were eager to remove one's used plates; the beautiful dining room and atmosphere; the very accommodating chefs and servers; the delightful hostesses; and even the ever-helpful and friendly Manager. But they were the frosting on the cake."

"My wife and I ate here on Friday evening (seafood buffet night). This was great for me, since I love almost all types of seafood and fish. Not so much for my wife, who likes limited fish entrees and no seafood. However, she chose the buffet (mainly because of the salad bar and dessert selection) and because (at least on Friday) there was relatively few entrees that appealed to her (such as steak or chicken selections) on the regular menu. For her, the buffet provided much more for the money even though the non-seafood selection was quite limited, or fixed in a style she doesn't really care for (such as cajun). I would give the buffet a hearty thumbs up and would dine here again, however, my wife would give it a thumbs down."

"Ffood was a little pricey for the quality, at $30 a person I expected more. Manager was slightly rude to my date and me (we are both 17, but were dressed completely appropriately and being polite) when we were scopin out the buffet to see if we wanted it. Food was alright, our waitress was great. Probably wouldn't go again unless the prices were considerably lower."

"Salmon was extremely dry and rice was crunchy. My boyfriend had a string in his ribs. We were suppose to get lemon sorbet between salad and main course for the Valentine's special and it was almost forgot and came out right before dessert."

"Friday night seafood buffet was just what we had hoped for. Food was hot, delicious, and there was a large variety of food to choose from. My BF is a a huge seafood fan, and he stated we would definitely be going back."
