Central Park Fusion Cuisine’s concept is to deliver the freshest, highest quality products including alternative-source ingredients in an unpretentious, casual dining atmosphere. When possible, local produce, organics, free-range items, fresh seafood, and the finest quality products available will be used. "We had made reservations and made note that it was my 60th birthday.
When we arrived we requested a booth that did not sit in front of the kitchen,
as we were directly in front of it. The hostess refused our request. We knew we
others at three different booths and none of them had requested their location!
I was deeply disappointed and it is highly unlikely we will return."

"I enjoy a double cut pork chop and this ranked amoung the best. Evenly cooked, tender and juicy. The pork was complimented with purple sweet potatoes, spiced apple bits, vegetable and a sauce to die for. The scallops were perfectly cooked and outstanding as well."

"Our meals were outstanding. We have never had a bad meal at Central Fusion. There is obviously a lot of thought and planning in the kitchen. My wife had a filet that was cooked to perfection and my scallops marvel any I have ever cooked or eaten in another restaurant. The service was spotty at best. If she was the manager over the other servers as she appeared, she should not have been servicing tables."

"Creative menu. Appetizers fried Brie and crab cake attractively plated and delicious. Entrees Asian stir fry Mango Macadamia colorful, cooked perfectly. Service excellent despite wait staff being understaffed for the evening. However, several large groups and multiple seatings filling the restaurant were accomodated immediately. Staff did not appear to lose focus despite crowd. We will go again."

"Overall the restaurant has excellent food but frequently food is not available or sold out. The menu has remained the same for several years and could be redesigned. "Service is normally okay, but was seriously lacking on our most recent dinner there. Server was pushy and not friendly. They also accidentally brought us another tables' meal. Most of our group's food was very good to great, but my strip steak was extremely fatty. Over 1/2 the steak was pure fat. The part that actually had meat was very tasty though. One of the best places in hot springs, so I hope they can keep providing good service for the patrons and top quality product from the kitchen."

"I notice there is not an option for loud under noise. My reservation was at 8:30 and by that time the kitchen was out of many food options. The food we did order was also missing some sides and sauces that we were not informed about until I asked why items were missing from the plate. "Went there for Valentines Dinner... Made reservations in advance... Our reservation was for 830... Once we were seated, the waiter said that everything on the valentines menu was sold out... They didn't order enough food for a special occasion.... really??.... The waiter was great but the restaurant was very bright with most lots on....no candles etc.... Nothing romantic and no ambiance at all.... We had to order off of the regular menu and then the food took forever to come out.... This is supposed to be one of the best places in Hot Springs to eat??. Hate to see the worst...very disappointed with the whole night....."

"We go there once a month or so, driving a round trip of 150 miles to get there with no other reason to do it but to eat at Central Park Fusion. We went for our anniversary this time, both had Beef Wellington and it was SPECTACULAR! Our regular server was randy and he is a total pro, always!
