Mirabelle Restaurant
Mirabelle is a boutique restaurant located in the Vail Valley and believe to be the first home site in Beaver Creek. It’s unique and romantic setting is the home of Belgium Master Chef Daniel Joly. His unique and contemporary cuisine uses the best natural and organic ingredients available. Chef Joly takes great pride in his work but if you ask him what gives him the most satisfaction of all his awards and accomplishments he will simply say that awards and peer recognition are great but a customer complimenting him for a great dining experience is the best of all.

"We have been making ou annual pilgrimage to a Beaver Creek for twenty years, Mirabelle's is one restaurant that has become synonymous with our pigrimmage and is by far our favorite restaurant in theValley. If you make a reservation be sure to come early and enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail around the fireplace."

"Just a lovely establishment. We arrived to find the parking lot completely clear (which I really appreciated so I could keep my dress shoes on instead of changing into my boots!) Our table was ready in the beautiful main dining room. The menu was varied and it was difficult to choose from among all the great options. We were impressed by all of the wine choices, both by the glass and the bottle. We chose the elk and the walleye for our entrees and both were wonderful! Our waiter could not have been more helpful or pleasant. We really enjoyed every minute of our dining experience and can't wait to return."

"We love mirabelle. Instead of my usual elk, I had duck and it was terrific. The portions are good, beautifully prepared, and it's possible to find affordable, good wine. Soup was delicious, as always, as was the beet salad. Desserts, amuse bouches, and cookies at the end are also good. Mirabelle is consistent! That's hard to find. While the staff is always good and professional, at times some of them lack the polish of other top restaurants, but they are still well versed in everything. Can't wait to return."
