"We enjoyed a great dinner with a diverse Miditerranean menu. Server was efficient and knowledgeable about the new menu set up to accommodate people who enjoy sharing several small selections. Loved the hummus app and a wonderful Paella. Good wine list. Table of 6 near us was very loud but food was so enjoyable it was still a great experience."

"Was surprised to find that all Sundays are the day Reza has chosen to explore one Mediterranean county's food specifically. I had reservations for Crostia apparently. Was a little thrown off at first, but my party ended up trying it all without one hang up. Everything was amazing. Wait staff was a little sub par to the friendly knowledgable service I've grown accustomed to at Rezaz, but the were kind and prompt enough. Recommend to any and all."

"This is my third time eating at Rezaz when visiting Asheville and once again it did not disappointed. Wonderful food and service. Everyone in our party of 4 enjoyed their meals. The only thing that kept it from being a perfect evening was a group of 7 women at a center table acting like they were the only ones in the place and were in a bar and not a nice restaurant but that isn't the fault of the restaurant. Apparently none of them had been brought up to have consideration for others."

"Usually Rezaz routinely earns 5 stars from us, but this past Sunday was a bit of a disappointment. We ate on the later side (7:45p), and I think many of the staff were just tired. The maitre d' was great, but the waiter I thought was marginal. The menu had a limited selection, which is fine, but the quality and taste of the food was a bit off to us. This will not deter us from going back, but probably not on a similar occasion."

"We ate here while vacationing in Asheville based on several recommendations from locals. We were not as pleased as we expected to be due to the hit and miss on the food. One appetizer was amazing and fabulous, the other almost inedible. Don't order the soft shell crab. You can't even taste the seafood for all the greasy breading they encase it in."

"Rezaz's has been our favorite Asheville restaurant for about 7 years now and never fails to please. Don't miss the shrimp/calamari appetitzer; it's the best, though portion size has diminished of late--I guess they didn't want people to make a meal of it! Seasonally changing menu is always interesting, with unique combinations and tastes. We try to dine there at least monthly and recommend to many others."

"Recommended by a B&B keeper as his favorite restaurant in Asheville. After being there I can see why. Very un pretentious from Outside ,but inside was very special. The food was incredible and served perfectly. The drinks were perfect. "My wife and I took a couple from Western New York there for dinner. We were seated promptly, attended to well without the waiter hovering (the waiter incidentally was excellent), and the food served to us was superbly prepared and presented. Each of the four of us had a different entree, and three of us had different appetizers (the two women shared a soft-shell crab appetizer). Each dish was outstanding (the lamb shank, the duck, the rabbit, and the seafood paella are all to be recommended), with one of the visiting couple pronouncing hers, the duck, the best meal she had had in a long time. All in all, a great dinner out. We will certainly eat there again."

"A pleasant restaurant with good food and ambiance. Our waiter seemed a bit "put out" because we didn't order drinks or appetizers, then only ordered the "small portion" of the entree. We had a late and large lunch that day. There are too many other good restaurants in Asheville for me to have to tolerate a "waiter with an attitude". So since it did have good food, I'd say it's fine if you're hungry and plan to drink a lot before dinner. Otherwise, hope you don't get our waiter if you go."

"This was the best place we ate at in asheville. The food was very well thought out and executed. The only thing that was not perfect was the scallop dish. It not up to the rest of the menu. The charcuterie was amazing. The smoked duck was one of the best I have ever eaten. We also got the smoked salt margarita which was amazing. it tasted like you were drinking a sweet margarita with bacon, awesome. Thank you for a great meal."

"The food was very good, service was outstanding. The menu was so limited, they need to develop a real menu. The prices were VERY high, our bill came to $150 including a tip. That is with only 3 drinks(no bottle of wine) and just my Wife and I. I could find 30 places better in Asheville for half the cost. Will not be returning."

"Love the creative dishes at Rezaz and go there every time I'm in Asheville. The lunch box is a great way to try various dishes, and the specials are always amazing. For a little treat, try the fries and tomato jam - awesome!"

"From start to finish, we enjoyed our meal. Nothing beats a well executed dinner. Highlights include a still talked about local trout (from the menu), the hanger steak (one of the specials) and the baklava. Long and short, can't wait to return."

"We were so anxious to make our second trip back to Rezaz's since our first visit was SO memorable! We are huge foodies and have dreamed about having the lentil soup and grilled Caesar again and it was just as we remembered! Our waiter was wonderfully attentive and explained with detailed knowledge the dishes we inquired about before ordering. We ultimately selected the special which was a Red Snapper cooked to perfection! The layers of flavors created in each of these dishes is simply amazing! We tell ANYONE visiting Asheville that Rezaz's is a MUST for dinner!"

"When I moved to the area in 2007, my realtor recommended Rezaz as one of her favorite restaurants. I have consistently found it to be excellent every time I've been there since and have purposefully introduced local and out-of-town friends to its cuisine.
Most recently, my husband and I went for a nice dinner out. The staff are very courteous, we never feel rushed. We enjoyed the Reza Mezza platter as an appetizer--if you can get in here before the butternut squash-substituted baba ganoush is off the menu for the season, you'll be glad you did. Our entrees were the butternut squash ravioli and the short ribs--both very flavorful and well-presented. I like that I could get a small portion, and my husband likes that he gets enough food"
