A contemporary, more glamorous take on steakhouses featuring a high energy bar serving creative cocktails, small plates, tartares, crudos and appetizers. Prime cuts of meat, including smaller portions and seafood are presented alongside creative sides. The space includes a gorgeous patio, complete with stunning views of downtown Miami, communal tables and fire pits for the cooler months. The seasonal menu sure to please steakhouse-lovers as well as those seeking lighter, composed plates drawing heavily from Florida's bounty of fresh, farm product. The restaurant's buzzy vibe, combined with the welcoming, lounge atmosphere on the al fresco patio, makes Edge a great destination for happy hour, post-work stress relief and office soirees.
"I'm from Chicago so I might be extra picky, but I would never call this place a steak place. We got a seafood dish and a steak to share. The seafood was decent, but fairly small for what you pay. The steak was abysmal. So dry, tough and tasteless. Left on a cruise the next day and the steak on their buffet was better tasting than the steak I got at Edge. They also have the nerve to charge you for water which you don't know about until you get the bill. Service extremely slow and servers inattentive. Would never go to again."

"I was offered still or sparkling water but never told I was going to be charged $8.00 per bottle. I should have been offered Still, sparkling or Miami's finest. So at 3 bottles that was 24.00 I was not expecting. I did not say anything because we were entertaining clients and it would have been embarrasing. Portions small for the price."

"We specifically come once a year for the skin on the roast suckling pig and the best bloody mary in town. Fun atmosphere, warm greeting, oysters were stellar, so many options I could not taste them all, and the Easter bunny was very charming."

"I have now dined several times at Edge Steak + Bar. The happy hour specials, which are available prior to 7 pm, are especially good -- $1 raw oysters, discounted drinks, 2-for-1 appetizers. On this most recent visit, I once again took advantage of the $1 oysters, which were excellent. The rest of the meal was quite good -- we had additional appetizers, main courses (3 of the 4 of us had steaks), a couple of sides, and desserts. While the food was very good -- steaks arrived as ordered, sides were tasty, etc. -- the pace of the service grew progressively worse during the meal. This really degraded what would have otherwise been a pretty good experience. We ordered two desserts (the same thing!), and they took forever to arrive."

"Food was very good, with a few surprises on the menu, but mostly standard fare. Service was friendly and efficient. They didn't really pay attention to what was requested beforehand, but the outcome was very satisfactory. Make certain to take a walk around the rooftop terrace for a stunning view of the bay and downtown Miami"

"I liked how was decorated. It was romantic and classic at the same time.We had oysters and stone crabs to start with, that were tasty. For main course we asked for the steak el Demonico with french fries and octopus tartare. When the food arrived the food runner drop by mistake the french fries on the floor and came with a tuna tartare instead the octopus tartare that we asked for. The server didnt came to apologize even if the restaurant wasnt full. He only checked one moment our satisfaction and left. He never came back till the end when he asked 3 times if we wanted after drinks."

"Food was delicious, as was the outdoor location. Our server was sloppy, slow and not very professional. She didn't bring our wine! Please bear in mind that diners are not necessarily on vacation - we work and can be limited with our time. I'd still go back though - food was terrific."

"The Four Seasons seriously dropped the ball on this restaurant. One can only assume it is a leased space and not a part of the Four Seasons training program. Edge has several good write ups so we made a reservation for 5 people the day before. Upon entering the building there is a lack of the usual expectation of service quality as no one greats you, offers assistance or even says good evening. The restaurant has a good spot and offered indoor or outdoor seating and is a beautiful location. The hostess was extremely pleasant and offered us our choice of seating. We stopped at the bar while we waited for our guests and I have to stay the bartender (Jonathan) was spot on Four Seasons level trained. We then went to our table which was"

"This was not the first time I've eaten at Edge so unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The Edge burger has been absolutely fantastic & this time it came out overcooked, missing the bacon & just overall not up to par. The french fries, which are normally divinely crunchy, were soggy & undercooked. After waiting for what seemed like an eternity for our waiter to even look at our table, one of the maitre's came by & without hesitation took our FFs back. We waited what seemed like another eternity for the FFs to come back & when they did, they were just as soggy. I must commend the maitre that came by....he was very attentive & gracious. It will be a long time before I return for what was, for me, one of the best burgers in Miami."
