Located in the “soon to be hip and fashionable, again” Cherry Creek North neighborhood, where "hole in the wall noodle joint and lounge" meets something a little more sophisticated: a poised urban design of reclaimed woods, architectural metals and glass walls.
This isn’t a traditional Thai restaurant. We are not Thai. We’re not even Asian. Not even close.
We aren't attempting to create a fusion, nor copy provincial classics. We are simply inspired by the cuisine itself, and how it makes us feel.
The smell of mint, cilantro, and peanuts, the warmth of Thai chili, the funk of fish sauce, the slap in the face of lime. It’s as heart-warming to us as our grandmother’s cooking… except, of course, she wasn’t Thai either.
We’re a curious new breed of southeast Asian eatery, offering imaginative food and tasty drink inspired by those travels to Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and beyond...
"Very good food, slightly different than your average thai restaurant. They try to liven up the menu, make it modern and \they do it successfully. Nice big open space. Our waitress was very helpful. Cheers!"

"The food really a isn't very good. We ordered appetizers for the table and there were not enough for everyone to even try one sample of each appetizer. Why wouldn't the waitress explain that prior to ordering? Food really was not good, we won't be going back."

"The coconut soup and cauliflower salad were both amazing, and very unique dishes. The phad thai was only average, but the curry salmon was oustanding. Overall great meal and good value"

"went to Phat Thai with trepidation as it is a very large space with high cubic footage, often leading to a chain restaurant type experience. The food is well prepared, well priced, service friendly, and the atmosphere is pretty good. This is a great addition to Cherry Creek and our new go to spot for a quick and easy weeknight dinner."

"We had a great dinner here on a busy Saturday night. We had two young girls in our party of 8 who the restaurant took care of with a special kids Phad Thai. The waitress was good and the food was tasty. We sat upstairs and the noise from the restaurant did not interfere with our conversation. I would recommend this restaurant."

"First time there, visited for lunch. The soup and entree were amazing. The sauces were divine in both. Very chic modern ambiance."

"They had many gluten free items that made my husband very happy. Specialty drinks, amazing curries and soups to come back for time and again. We really enjoyed our time there. Try anything with drinking vinegar listed!"

"I hadn't been to Phat Thai for some time and was very much looking forward to it. While the service was great, my food was awful. The duck, crab, mushroom egg rolls were overcooked and my papaya salad was tasteless and mushy. I doubt I will go back."

"This was a great restaurant! The $10 lunch special was OUTSTANDING. I will definitely come again and will encourage others to eat there as well. To find a good spot for lunch in Cherry Creek that doesn't leave your wallet empty is a real discovery. Food was delicious -- I had the Colorado goat curry. Excellent."

"Nice atmosphere, but that was the highlight. Nothing was bad, but nothing stood out - especially for the price. I very much appreciate that the restaurant supports some local and sustainable practices, but the whole was definitely not greater than the sum of the parts in this case. I was there in a party of 3 and we all got apps and entrees. Not a single one was delicious and all should have cost half as much. Right, they're not a typical Thai restaurant, but the only differences I noticed were half the flavor and twice the price. Actually, I take that back, the drinks wee tasty and mostly $7.50-8, so reasonable and worth it."

"I was disappointed that the food was not as good as the first time I went to Phat Thai when they opened. But my friends liked theirs, so it was a mixed experience."

"I have been to Phat Thai about 5 times, and the food is always incredibly good. It takes Thai food to a new level. Some of the appetizers are incredibly good, especially anything with pork belly."

"I enjoyed the ambiance and small plates very much. My pad thai was very sweet so I didn't love it, but it was good. Our waitress didn't have much of a personality and the service was a bit slow. I love that the restaurant is very accommodating for gluten free foodies like me. I would go again but might order something different."

"Creative menu, food very well prepared. Sesame roasted edamame were delicious. Our server had excellent suggestions and an outstanding attitude. We sat upstairs where it was not so noisy; not sure how the noise level is downstairs. The quality of the food was typical of higher-priced places. I'd go back in a heartbeat."

"Service was spotty but the food made up for the shortcomings....note; if the server tries to hold 3-4 plates and is spilling sauce and food over the table and herself....yeah. Ask for help and use two hands for two plates. Just sayin'"

"The location in Carbondale has better food and service. This Denver location is less charming, less personable, and the service staff are considerably less attractive and more obese."
