"This location has definitely degraded in service. I have gone there many times since they opened and was shocked at how poor the service and overall experience was. It was very embarrassing since I was treating a friend for her birthday. Iwould be afraid to give them another chance due to the priciness of the menu. VERY DISAPPOINTING."

"We love this place. Food is not over the top gourmet but feels homey and super healthy. The service is truly what set Seasons apart. Everyone is so nice and accommodating, waiters, managers, hostesses. Troy, one of the managers, gave us a box with Season's monogram wine glasses when he knew it was my husband's b-day. He always comes with ideas for new wines for us to try. Ambiance is relaxing and prices are very reasonable.
We will keep going and going..."

"We often eat at Seasons52 on Sunday afternoon. We can be seated immediately, it's quiet and the service is top notch. We just like it there. I'm a creature of habit and almost always have the garlic chicken flatbread and a salad with extra house dressing. We had stuffed mushroom appetizers on our last visit and ended the meal with the small individual desserts. I had red velvet cake - just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal."

"Seasons52 used to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. What occurred during my recent Friday night is unacceptable for a restaurant, especially in Buckhead where the alternatives are plentiful. The gentleman next to us was trying to waive down the bartender to pay his tab - that continued for 15 minutes, while we tried to flag down a bartender for a drink, and the couple next to us tried to flag down a bartender to get their desserts. Needless to say the bartender never made eye contact or said a simple "I'll be right with you" and the four snooty hostesses never sat us and couldn't figure out what happened to our reservation - after we had checked in and they gave us a buzzer. Mgmt was useless at resolving the situation."
