"Going to the restaurant I was quite impressed how nice it was compared to the exterior of the Mariott hotel. Nice atmosphere and I really liked how the chefs can be seen cooking from our table. One thing I have to say was the server we had was very nice and very energetic. I did like how rather than bringing the 2 dishes my fiance and I requested she split both of them up equally. The seafood chowder was okay (a bit too many potatoes) so not sure how it was seen as the best one in Richmond (maybe little competition). The halibut burger was very tasty and pretty good value for what you receive. All in all it was a nice place to try out but can't see myself returning unless for brunch (heard it was pretty good)."

"Our New York steak was good and it was not as salty as last time. Our server Remi was very polite and professional. However, it seems that he was the only "major" server taking care of the entire restaurant. Our water was filled for the whole night. It took us 10 minutes to get a hold of him and another 5 minutes before we could get the bill."

"The chef was really super in creating a dish for the guest who has a lot of allergies, which is why we chose this restaurant for our group get together.

A couple of us ordered the Blackened Halibut Sandwich however, the fish was actually cod and not halibut. When we pointed this out to our waitress, she claimed it was halibut. One of the guest couldn't finish her sandwich because she does not like the texture of cod. I would have given the food and overall experience a five-star rating if the restaurant was upfront and told us right away that there was no hallibut that day but can replace the fish with cod."

"Took advantage of the new brunch menu, love the Chef's signature Eggs Benedict creations, my mother in-law had the Seafood Crepe and loved it as well. Next time I would like to go back and try the other Eggs Benny's and Omelet bar!!!"

"The waiter was very unobtrusive. Quiet restaurant. Lots of room between tables so one could talk freely. The food was tasty, but I couldn't say outstanding. It was priced accordingly. I would eat there again and recommend the restaurant."
